Poor battery for an As-New phone – Battery life IS NOT GOOD - does not last 24hrs I bought As-New for a reason - very disappointed I love the phone - great choice and price, ease of access on Phonebot website, and quick delivery. But the battery!
The worst phone – This is the worst phone l have ever had-no wonder it is discontinued-my next phone is to be an iphone-nite photos not good-some radio apps just stop working-it would randomly turn itself up to full volume-battery life can be great but other times needs charging by midday - l could go on and on unlike my phone

Cheated by samsung – My s10 plus is less than a year old. One month ago my phone was overheating extremely. It was almost in the level of heat that could cause fire or burn ur hands. I wanted to return my phone but Samsung repaired it and sent my phone with few scratches at the front display. And now i spilled little water into my phone. At first it didn’t turn on… Read more
easily but now it is on however the camera doesn’t work and phone overheats again.
I will send my phone again. 11 months old phone. This phone was sold to me as as water resistant.
However samsung is denying all the water resistance warranty claims. ACCC also sued Samsung for cheating its consumers.
I am extremely frustrated with this phone. I lose my data, i will be away from my phone and extremely worried if samsung will cheat again with this warranty claim.
Today they asked me to phone away and informed this phone can resist the water up to 1.5 meter for 30 minutes.
I am extremely disappointed with after sales.
And when my phone was being repaired for the first time , technican told me it is major malfunction and we will recommend Samsung to replace this phone. But later case manager denied this recommendation and instead repaired it .
And now someone will reply and say please send us a private message. And when you tell them the story they won’t help at all.
In case you want to reach me , call me directly and show some Samsung care

Excellent Phone – This review relates to an Samsung Galaxy S10 which was purchased as an upgrade/replacement for my previous Samsung Galaxy S7. Most obvious difference with my previous Galaxy S7 was a slight increase in screen size and the use of (matt) grey aluminium casing materials compared to the fake stainless steel casing of my S7. On the plus side, the… Read more · 1
phone was slightly lighter and since I always keep my phone in a case I wasn't worried about any additional scratching that may occur as a result of using the “softer” aluminium for the case.
The phone performs slickly with no noticeable lag and I am very happy with its performance, however, there is one particular aspect of its functionality that has really impressed me ...the "low light" camera. The difference in pictures taken with my Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S10 in low light conditions are "miles" apart. I’d almost say the camera improvement alone was worth the cost of an upgrade. It works so well I even use it for some astrophotography with my telescope. It appears to be a combination of an improved sensor and being able to employ an up to 3 second time exposure with some very fancy image stabilisation being employed in software. Works fantastically well on still objects but probably not great on moving ones.
Overall, I found the Galaxy S10 a worthy upgrade over my Galaxy S7. The loss of f.ake stainless steel and OLED screen is easily offset by other features/improvements, especially the camera.
Bought For Work And Play – The camera works very well in all conditions, but the exynos is not quite as good as the snapdragon and in Australia that matters. It's not much and it's a fine camera but it is frustrating that we give anything away on a flagship even if I still think it's a super camera. Stills and video are very good - stabilisation is a dream. Display wise… Read more · 7
very happy. Even better than my now "old" S8, so some praise indeed. Most work / play apps run smoothly. Voice control when out and moving is sadly not often on that list. On a flagship in 2020 that is not acceptable. Google Photos did not play well with the Gallery App for a while but now fixed. Google send to phone stopped working but also now fixed. The Samsung video editing app is a joke but a reasonable 3rd option exists even if it can't handle HDR10 which Samsung uses to sell on. Games wise I don't play them. I am otherwise a power user and all work apps load in a snap and work. With the S8 everything simply worked, but this one has been niggles that never quite go away. My next phone may not be a Samsung and I never said that when I had the S8. I got it on a plan (price approx but no complaints that side)

never misses – one of the best mobiles i ever owned after 2 years still going strong its excellent battery life and ease of use makes it hard to beat it will be hard to replace when the time comes Show details
I'm glad I upgraded from my Samsung S7 – I received my Samsung S10 the day after I ordered it. I don't have to worry about committing to a contract and so comforting to know this device is warranted for 12 months. Show details
Perfect for my needs – Love this phone! The best birthday gift ever! It automatically switches to night view after dark. So many options to choose from and the camera has new options as well compared to my old phone. I love the slo-mo video option. The apps all seem to be running smoothly. Show details · 1

Plain and unremarkable – Bought from JB Hifi last week for $999 on special. It is pretty much exactly the same as my S8. I expected the camera to be better but it's still average, just like its predecessors. The only good thing is the storage on this one, as my S8 only had 64gb plus an external storage card. I should've gone the iPhone 11. Show details

Absolute Garbage phone – The phone and its user experience is absolutely woeful, I can not believe how much money and time I have wasted on trying to make this thing functional. *During phone calls it will drop out, hang up, change to loudspeaker in your ear its basically plagued by phantom touches. *can only answer calls 50% of the time, even when swiping on the green… Read more
phone the call disconnects. Sometimes the phone will vibrate and ring like a call is incoming but nothing comes up on the screen, then there will be a message to say you missed a call. *Bigsby is annoying. No I don't want to take a photo of where I just parked my car to remember it. Its in my dam driveway! *random messages from the phone at all hours of the night to advise you of something irrelevant despite having turned off notifications for that app. *Loudspeaker sounds like I'm underwater or in a long hallway *The screen timesout whilst using it forcing you to open and unlock the device again *Battery life is mediocre and I'm not a heavy user *plagued by pop-up and redirect software that I have spent way to much time and money on trying to stop them. This has occurred since first opening the phone, no amount of samsung fixes seem to work. *Emails stopped working 2 updates ago and I have been unable to have the problem fixed in over 2months. No IMAP setting works. Different email apps all suffer the same problem- they will not connect to the email server it always states password or email incorrect. *it gets hot whilst using *the system runs at 70% of its potential or lower always! I don't want the phone running at 70%- I paid money for it to function at 100% but if you do that the battery is dead within 6 hours. *Major compatibility issues with Samsung Dex- It just doesn't function. *every app you try and use has ads interrupting you all the time. I don't want ads on my phone. I paid over $1500 for this phone and no I do not want some cheap b/s item from wish whilst I'm trying to listen to music on google play. *The android experience is one of invasion and a constant assault on your privacy. Everything is captured and utilised in artificial intelligent algorithms to push advertisements and b/s I don't care for. I don't want to spend my dam money on having samsung and google try and sell me more rubbish. Consumerism at its finest. *compatibility issues with basic apps like calendar not synching to a google account. *apps disappearing from the edge tray for no reason. Neutral *Edge screen is gimmicky and annoying as it makes to phone difficult to handle without touching the screen-but the edge tray of apps is cool when it works. *Customisation of everything-there's absolutely no need! I don't want to make one folders background colour black and another folders background red, its just an absolute waste of coding and time. Positives *Price is better than iPhone but you get what you pay for sadly. Theres a reason iPhones are dearer, they just work. *The camera quality is fantastic. *the screen resolution is great and the colour balance phenomenal. *Inbuilt blue screen filter is great.
The nearest samsung centre is along way from here so no taking it in so a technician can have a look is not an immediate option. I will never buy a Samsung phone again.

A great phone spoiled by some dubious Samsung "features" – I bought this phone to replace a Huawei P30 lite which is no longer receiving updates. The S10 should get another two years of updates and that is important to me. From the reputation of Samsung's top phones, I expected a smoother experience. This phone has a very nice display, but so did the Huawei, and the Samsung display seems to be lacking a… Read more
bit in sensitivity. I often have to touch twice, taking a longer touch the second time. A case is vital as you will be accidentally pressing the edges of the screen without one. The camera takes excellent images, but I do think the Huawei has the edge in sharpness, and the Night Mode is far superior.
The in-screen fingerprint sensor is awful. Unless everything is perfect, it does not work. Fortunately the face unlock and pattern unlock work fast and accurately, but the fingerprint sensor is without doubt non-responsive and inferior to those I've used on both Huawei and Motorola phones. This is clearly a case of fad over function.
The Bixby button is a pain because of unintentional touches, and cannot be disabled within the settings. I found an app to do that! The volume buttons are on the wrong side of the phone, and should be on the right hand side with the power button. As it is I am continually pressing them by accident. I cut the external buttons off my case so that I have to make an effort to press the buttons now, and that has improved the experience.
Really, for the price that Samsung asks, this phone could be much easier to use. But with practice and a few workarounds, it is OK.
good phone but poor updates – the phone is pretty good, it has mp3 slot unlike many other phones, very good phone in general. The only problem is that after Samsung update I started to experience issues with the phone. So, it would be a perfect phone if Samsung company wouldn't ruined it with new updates that brakes the phone. Show reply

Good photos – Got it as of plan with Optus. Good quality camera, very beautiful and clear, shutters effect, slow-mo video. Can almost compete with Huawei camera Good decent battery life Sleek Fast Happy with purchase Show details
Good phone. Not great – It was a good flagship phone. But the camera is not up to the expectations. Low light selfies and front camera is not worth for the price. As pros, Spectacular display and smooth running. Hoped for a better camera. Show details · 1
samsung S10 128g – very impressed with this samsung phone, purchased it on a plan from telstra online for my mother.. Since turning it on she can't stop playing with it...extremely long battery ....the camera is just amazing pictures are crisp and very clear. Its sleek construction is just a beauty to hold. Being an Android phone operating system you can download and install all your favourite apps well done samsung Show details · 1
Loved it – I loved this phone, beautiful sleek design, curved edges, runs smoothly and fast. However, the glass that covers the camera cracked one day and I have 0 idea how, it wasn't dropped or anything of the likes, I just pulled it out of my bag and it had shattered, upon further research apparently this is a common issue. Aside from this, great phone and I would recommend it. Show details · 1
Good flagship phone – Have had no major issues, camera and other functionality is very impressive. First time switching from the google phones (previous was Pixel 3) and it performs as well as those. Show reply
I love my phone! – I've always have had Samsung phones and they are simply phenomenal. You can easily get the most powerful and complete phone in the market for way less price than an Iphone Show details · 1
Its pretty good. No major issues yet – The phone was purchased from optus in May of 2019, it's still running quite strong. Sometimes it gets hot though, and can glitch and or run slow but that's very occasional Show details
Absolutely appalling! – Bought a brand new one in January 2020. Since then any phone call I make they could hear me but I could not hear them and then the phone would just end. It was sent away twice and it both times came back with the sane issue. 4 months later (with many phone calls and visits to telstra) they gave me a new S10 with exactly the same issue. I am furious!

A powerful phone – Got the phone right before my 5 weeks holiday, mainly to take photos. As I was using S7 earlier and I found the wide angle very helpful with scenic photo, not so much with people though as human looks a bit distorted and elongated vertically. lot hype of its phone. Night time so so, not impressed.
The body is a bit too slim hence slippery. I bought a case and also put my opal card on the back, which is perfect. Brightness does not seem to adjust automatically, found it too bright at early morning when I first pick up the phone getting out of bed.
Battery life could be better, not a heavy phone user, and it last for slightly over a day.
I've converted – Usually an apple iPhone person however my husband has always wanted to make the switch to Samsung, I was hesitant at first but am so glad I did. The phone is a great design and much easier to use than I expected. No complaints. Show reply
Say good bye to iPhones – Sleek, fast, elegant and easy to use. Compared an iPhone 11 at a Queen concert. The camera is great superior to iPhone in zoom and low light. Battery lasts all day and then some. The stereo sound is great coming from the top and bottom. The oled screen colours and detail superb. It's light and only 7mm longer than an iPhone 6 yet much more… Read more · 1
screen. The ringtone volume is excellent the iPhone X was hardly heard from a pocket not so with the S10. Use older galaxy phones for work this is next level. Telstra only sell single sim models buy at JB HiFi get a better price and still be on the next work of your choice.

worst mobile ever, worst customer service ever – This mobile was never set up correctly, the screen keeps going blank even while dialling, the brightness seems to be permanently set on energy saving mode, the Samsung shop has never heard of enhanced volume, the phone keeps signalling that there is a message but there is no message, There was a fault that the other party could not hear the caller… Read more

Great phone – Great Phone. I heavily rely on it due to being self employed. My only issue is that I find the battery life isnt that great, even when closed all tabs.! Show details · 1
Cant fault this phone – This phone is the least buggy and smooth running phone I have owned. Camera works well and takes good photos. Hot to touch, battery drains and calls don't connect – Don't recommend buying this phone handset. Often gets too hot to touch (just browsing internet or taking photos), battery not lasting a day when not even using at work and sometimes calls not connecting. Not a reliable product at all! Samsung wants me to get diagnosed for up to 72 hours. Even though I am disabled and cannot be without a phone. Don't buy Samsung, living up to its explosive reputation for me. Show details

Keeps restarting randomly – Got 2 X S10 via Vodafone on 12/12/2019, plan upgrade. We are both 70, so bells and whistles, NAH. Mine started "chirping" soon after leaving the store, maybe needs a charge, so turned it off until later. Charged, only went to 90% after 4 hours, other phone 100% after 2 hours, mmm. RESTARTS, and then that "chirp" I heard earlier is clearly the restart chirp. Googled the reason, tried what I was capable of, and NO change. Even in Safe Mode, still OFF/ON, so not a rogue APP, whatever that is? Returned to the store 14/12/2019, they have sent it to Samsung for sorting, and the TRUSTY A5 is back in service. Not sure about what is happening, but I did not intend to buy a possibly "repaired" item, OK, duds happen, but a swap out would have been nice. Been Samsung for 26+ years, Fridge, Washer. Drier, Phones, forget?? the others, and no issues.
GOOD phone, wife is happy, which makes the husband happier. Bigger than the A5, but thats life. Features in it we will never use, but again, thats life. Value for money, whats that these days, and too soon to tell. It rings, I answer it, I tap a number, it makes a call, sweet.
