Perfect phone for price and quality – Bought for my teen son who wanted this model. Was nervous getting a refurbished phone but was impressed when it arrived with the price, packaging and quality given it was refurbished. Couldn't fault it...looks like new and works great. He's used it for months now and very happy. For me the quality and service was fantastic and a great price too. Have been so impressed with Rebello I've purchased again from them. Show reply
No problems after years of updates and service – I read the negative reviews and was surprised hence this response. Despite criticism I updated the latest October UI and didn't have any issues of concern. Show reply
Awful battery life – Im an avid Samsung user, but im pretty certain the lower grade phones ive used in the past worked better than this. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. The battery life used to be great for the first 6months, it would last me nearly two days, and now (after having it for 1.5 years) the battery lasts 6 hours. Ive been relying on a power… Read more
bank wherever I go. After about 8months i started to notice it was breaking down, it would always exit me from apps that I was using, it would freeze up on me all the time. camera quality is terrible on all Androids in general, but i dont take photos so it doesnt bother me personally. Typing would get annoying especially because it would either freeze up throughout the day or it would incorrectly type the wrong letters. It would randomly stop my music too, theres nothing worse than driving and not being able to fix the issue. Its constantly updating, at least every 5days it shuts down on me to "update" yet i find the quality of the phone degrading over time. I cant wait to throw this away and buy a new phone.

love it! – I upgraded from the Galaxy s9 to the Galaxy s20 last week and I couldn't be happier. The camera is comparible to some SLR's. Its fantastic! Lots of new features, software and upgrades. Very happy Show details · 1
Another terrible quality product from and insulting interaction with Samsung – I pre ordered a galaxy s20+ thinking it will be better than my last experience with their phones and customer service but here I am with a defective phone that is not even a month old and half the screen is green with a visible grid pattern when in dark mode, I have paid $1499 for a defective product which I took to Samsung in George St to be… Read more
looked at and all Samsung can do is flat out deny it and lie to my face, telling me "it's actually a part of AMOLED technology" like I'm some idiot!. I have owned a galaxy S9+ for the last 2 years, my partner has owned a galaxy s10 5g for a year, my sister in law has an s20 and NONE of these phones screens are half green in dark mode or any mode! What a disgusting way to treat a customer, the quality control of their products and their gross lack of customer care is notorious I have come to find in these last 2 years, I have never experienced a company like it. I've had to contact the ACCC and consumer affairs about it all because they can't do the right thing and replace an obvious faulty phone that is less than a month old let alone even acknowledge it. Absolutely disgusting company that will rip you off and flat out lie to your face.

Wonderful Mobile Phone – Amazing phone with all the features you'd ever need and more. The camera is truly amazing with professional features & night mode that looks like daylight. Thin and durable, nice size, beautiful crystal clear screen. Very reliable, apps run smoothly and plenty of space for pictures, videos etc. Definitely recommend the S20+. I'm so happy I upgraded. Overall good product with lots of function compare to similar price product – Good camera, fast processor, love other several function which other phone does not have with same price tag. I hope it wont slow down as soon as the operating service updates Show details
Samsung just keeps getting better – I've been a Samsung user for quite a while now. (S4, S5, S6, S9 and now S20 and always with the + and Edge variants) Haven't had a failure on any of the phones and only needed to repair the screen on the S5. (Drop kicked it!) Still have the S6 and use it as a media player for Spotify and TV Streaming. My Wife is Apple, I can't navigate her phone… Read more · 1
and she can't navigate mine. Our 8yr old can use both.
Always take photos with my Samsung at my Wife's request as the cameras have always been far superior.
The 5G is great for doing speed tests while I go to an area that is covered, then post the speeds on social media to get under the skin of the Tin Hat Twits.

Keyboard Madness – What is it with the keyboard on my Samsung - I don't have large hands but am yet to type without having to correct as nearby keys constantly come up instead of the ones I want? This is the first time I've ever experienced this, this being my first Samsung phone. I have checked the settings and they are 'normal'? It's so frustrating I'm looking for another phone.
Full of spams – Since I own this samsung it has been very frustrating and unfortunately unlucky as full of spam comes to this phone through signing up to samsung sites and google but to use this phone you have to signup. Ever since I put my sim card in this phone I have had multiple times scam calls and money taken out of my account as I use online banking. Never… Read more
had any issues with the iPhones wish I could sell this and buy an iPhone but unfortunately no one wanting to buy a Samsung. They should provide better protection from fraud and spam/scams like how iPhone does. Samsung is regretful choice highly recommended NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG. Calls drop out constantly and phone freezes makes it IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO CURSE AND FILL THE EAR OF SAMSUNG CEO WITH ALL THE SWEAR WORDS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT
Worst pile of crap I had ever had the misfortune to own – The wussy phone @ AUD$1725.00 happened to cop of cheap Chinese dinner fork on the screen which shattered it and then lead to "fatal software error." Plus the keyboard was absolute crap. Do NOT touch these things as if no company can produce a phone without a tempered screen to take a few knock and bumps that it is NOT worth anything more than AUD$10.00 Show details

Disappointing – Upgraded from Galaxy S9. Regret buying it. Sound quality poor, fingerprint unlock doesn't work properly, needs multiple time touches. Didn't get anything extraordinary from this expensive phone except larger screen compare to S9. Show details
Worst device ever – Most expensive phone in the market. You pay like Apple, but you get the worst customer experience and service in the market and lack of quality control. So many issues with this phone that I've lost count. 1. Battery needs charging 2-3 times a day without intensive use - worst days I need to charge it 5x!!! 2. even with same and official charger. 3. 5G connectivity stops working despite showing strong signal and after that all connectivity is lost until restart or, if lucky, putting the phone in airplane mode and wait 2min at least. 4. With strong 4G or 5G signal on top right hand corner, I get calls that go direct to voice mail and/or I cannot place calls. I cant even place calls. on top of that, when i call someone, they cant hear my voice. al they hear is the background noise at very loud pace. I tried changing the sim into other device, but the sim is working good in apple phone, guess the problem was in samsung one only. 5. I've reported these issues several times over the last 6 months and sent logs. 'customer care' keeps inventing excuses for not assuming responsibility over the warranty. Moreover, i also got notice from their case manager that "The technician from our Authorised Service Centre has completed the assessment of your Samsung mobile (Model Number SM-G986BZKAXSA) and has confirmed that it appears to be operating within Samsung’s specifications. As a result, we will not be providing a free-of-charge remedy at this time."
I also delivered a phone twice to get inspected in one of their centres - no phone for 2 weeks in the best case scenario!!!! We are in 2021, Samsung keeps living in 2005. and when i finally talked to case manager, she told me to submit the device, the service centre wasnt ready to take the device from me. they were rude and total useless, i would say.
This mobile is a joke...

On top of that, just broke the front screen with a minor drop from my pocket - 30cms maximum as I was laying down to help my daughter to get into the car. Repair is $400!! This is a joke! 1/3 of the original phone cost...
I'm buying a new phone and going back to Oneplus.
Worst samsung phone Ive had – 4th samsung I've owned and the issues seem to be endless, during calls it sometimes puts the call on hold, my voice goes quite halfway through the call and i have to put speaker on. Trying to use the dual sim part is frustrating as it goes to whag ever sim it wants evem if you set it against the number and freezes a lot Show details

Should have gotten anything but a Samsung phone. Poor customer service – Bought this product as i was quite happy with my old Samsung S9 phone. Let down by the Exynos processor – If only I was getting the Snapdragon variant, I'd have a near-perfect phone. Instead, the Australian S20 comes with a subpar Exynos chip, which is known for causing issues with battery life and overheating. Why Samsung still uses these chips is beyond me. I purchased the S20+ as I was experiencing poor battery life with my Pixel 4, and I was… Read more
hoping to be impressed as I saw the S20 had a large battery. I also wanted something with a large screen for consuming media. The S20+ nails the latter, with an excellent, high-res screen that is large enough for Netflix binges on the train. What did not meet my expectations is the battery life. I often found myself charging my phone two or more times a day (depending on usage), which I believe is unacceptable for a phone with a battery of this size. I would need to carry a battery pack if I was out all day as I simply couldn't trust my phone to make the journey.
Every other aspect of the phone was excellent, from the cameras to the high refresh 120Hz display.
Unfortunately I won't be going back to Samsung until they decide to switch to the Snapdragon processor. Is this phone with the Exynos processor worth $1500? No.

They have once again just factory reset so no doubt we will experience the same problem. Also be aware that if there is a problem with your phone, they will not replace with a new phone, they only will provide you with a refurbished one. If I wanted a secondhand phone I would have paid a lot less money but instead paid top dollar to get a defective phone. There are also issues with not connecting to 4G, obviously not the sim card as put in old iPhone and works perfectly. Also had trouble that person can not hear properly when on a messenger call. Not happy. Looks like will be heading to apple store.

Wish I could have waited for the Google Pixel – I had high hopes for this phone. I had been using a Google Pixel for just over a year and LOVED it but due to Covid when I needed to replace a broken screen there were none available in Australia. Its the little things with this phone that are really annoying day to day. For instance, I have never had so many typos using a phone. It forces you to… Read more
choose the word it wants and maybe its in my head but the keys are smaller or placed differently to other phones. It will usually autocorrelation to a word that doesn't make sense rather than predicting the right word. Frequently my phone goes straight to voicemail whilst in my house. Instagram and other apps don't update to suit this phone so very often how im viewing content isn't how most see it (a big problem when you work in digital marketing!). It asks you too many questions about apps you want to use ongoing - i.e. always use this app or sometimes? Doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're wanting to do something really quickly it just ruins the pace. The camera is fine. Admittedly, I've been in lockdown so haven't taken heaps of pictures whilst out and about. When I end listening to a voicemail message something glitches so that even when I exit out of my messages the voicemail starts to replay but in a glitchy way. You have to shut down the message app so that it stops.
Finally, it's SO HARD to hang up from a call or answer a call. You swipe and tap frantically and eventually it works. When a call is live and you go into another window on the device, there's only a slim drop down at the top of the phone to return to the call. When you hang up, its not obvious that you've definitely disconnected as the screen is still lit up showing you the call duration.
Overall, I just wouldn't recommend. There are lots of little annoying things about how this phone operates. The things I've listed above haven't been an issue with other phones I've used.

Terrible, I'll explain why! – So, I've had every Samsung Galaxy since the beginning of the 'S' models. I've always stuck with the Samsung Galaxy's due to having an excellent experience with the devices (from the first Samsung Galaxy S models, up until my most recent Galaxy S20+ which I had high hopes for... was a replacement of my S10. Well, I regret upgrading!! Don't get me wrong, I love the overall features, camera quality and display - BUT, I've had nothing but trouble with network issues (unrelated to the provider) it's an actual device related glitch, unsure whether it's a software or hardware issue because Samsung support has been pathetic and nobody seems to have answers... These issues began instantly, the phone calls constantly drop-out, I can't send or receive MMS (or long text messages that convert to SMS) The data cuts out constantly, sometimes every few minutes and my call to Samsung cut out while I was talking to the customer service provider! I receive the following errors: SIM1 not allowed, network connection error, no network connection, network unavailable etc... Which is correct because the network bars on the top right hand side disappear, generally followed by an error pop-up and the 'no available network' icon. It's not a SIM fault because I've already replaced the SIM twice!! It's not a network issue either because I've already established that through my provider (plus I never had those issued with my previous Samsung devices) I have called both Optus and Samsung numerous times, which always resulted in the same opinions "Your phone is covered by the manufacturer warranty, but you'll need to send it away so we can look at it" which isn't an option for me, because I don't have another device to use in the meantime (I need my phone for work purposes at all times because I run a business, I sold my S10 when I purchased the S20+ and I shouldn't have to go without a phone for two weeks due to a Samsung fault) especially when it's an expensive flagship phone!! I have insurance, but this issue isn't covered by insurance - Because it's a manufacturer problem... It would be lovely if Samsung could send me a brand new device so I can transfer all of the files from my current faulty device onto the new one - And I can then return the faulty device to them (like a swap) So I don't need to waste money on buying a temporary device - And if they don't trust that I'll mail the faulty device back to them, they can charge me ( credit card collateral) or get me to do it though my provider...I know people who have used this method and it works for all involved parties. It's not my fault that the phone is unreliable and full of glitches! Also, I'm disappointed with the media volume, the lowest volume bar is too loud, much louder than all other models! I can't watch or listen to anything at a quiet volume, the microphone is also VERY sensitive when recording videos (it captures the sound of my clothes ruffling and doesn't block out unwanted noises - It captures the background more than the up-close subject being recorded through the microphone. It even records the sound of my breathing!! My camera also force stops often, especially when I use the zoom function. I didn't want to be disappointed because I love Samsung devices, but this one in particular has been a major problem.

Fragile phone rude staff – Samsung S20 is the most Fagile Samsung phone I have ever owned. Samsung chat which is frustrating and could not help. To get my repair organised I needed to use my Samsung account, which was unable to be accessed due to having to get an access code which is sent to my broken phone I can't use. Then spoke to three different Samsung chat personel which took a week to get a sensible reply as they don't even understand their own customer account system. If I had bought an apple phone I probably would have it fixed in 2 days with Samsung 2 weeks so far and I still can't organise a repair with them.
Dont buy the S20 model as its overated, just unlocking the phone is painful as finger print scan is unreliable. If you read the S20 model reviews the phone is fragile. Buyer beware, poor quality built phone and poor rude customer service as they dont care. Just look at the Samsung Facebook page comments. The amount of people complaining about poor product and service.

Great Phone with an amazing camera – This is a great phone, with an absolutely amazing camera. It really does everything I need. The one downfall with the phone is the finger print scanner, it is built into the screen and it doesn't work as well as previous models.
