It was just a phone, like any phone but it's promoted as waterproof right? Well the back of it is a thin piece of plastic that is just glued on for that waterproof seal, so when the glue goes, the back falls off and the phone dies. I'd had other samsungs before this one and I was surprised at the lack of quality in the build. For a $1000 phone, I'd expect this not to happen. I would not waste my money on another expensive samsung.
Not as good as expected – After owning an s20fe for three years and loving it I thought it was time for an upgrade so I chose the s21fe having only been out for 1 year. What I found was a disappointing battery life, poor quality camera quality, smaller screen size and in general not as good as my three year old s20fe. Show details
Great specs, but a laggy and frustrating user experience – The worst phone I have ever owned. Coming from a long time samsung phone user (S2, S4, S6, S8, S10). Performance issues since purchase when launched at the start of 2022. Phone lags across all apps. have improved these issues along the way but the lag tends to creep back in over the course of months until another update is released. My friend owns the phone too and has experienced the same issues. Also a quick search online will show that this is a common experience for other users. Have just upgraded to an S24 and the relief of a phone just doing what you want it to do can't be understated. Can't believe I put up with the S21 FE for so long.

Great camera but sometimes glitchy – I've had this phone for about 4 months now. I moved from an iPhone so thought the transition could've been worse but I'm fairly happy. Phone has nice features for the price and the best part is the camera and photo editor. Night time photography could be better though. Most apps run smoothly. Main issue I've had is every few weeks it starts glitching and freezing which is very annoying but recovers after a restart. Show details

Buy something else – I have endured this mobile device for about one year. It is the latest in a long line of Samsung's. I have always thought this one must be better. The Note 3 was the best. This phone Is a complete let down – Battery life is crapola drains really quickly, the apps drain battery and apps also had issues with loading and then not compatible with the phone for some unknown reason . more. The only issue I found is that the battery is lucky to last a day with normal use. The camera takes good stable photos and the integration of email and telephone services is trouble free. Charging is fast if you buy the right charger. Only a cable comes with the device. Pro's : Good Camera, Error free functioning, cheaper than other models with better specifications. Good value. Con's; No charger comes with purchase, only average battery life.
