Samsung Galaxy S24 (2024)

Easily readable in bright sunlight (unlike many), 50MP & 12MP optical zoom cameras works well. Very responsive. Good value and performance for the money as it's one model behind the latest and is often discounted. I didn't get the larger plus model as this one fit in my pocket better. Show details ·  1

been moved. Ongoing issues until finally one day had multiple phone calls, and the people on the other end kept on not being able to hear me. Eventually went to Samsung authorised repairer and he said it could be up the motherboard and would need the phone for a week. No oloan phone - this is a company phone - what are you supposed to do without a mobile phone for 5 days nowadays. The authorised repairer was actually great though and said if you take it to a samsung repair center they may loan you a phone. So went there, wouldn't loan me a phone as I wanted a replacement because the phone was SO CR#P. Where does that leave me - no phone through no fault of my own. Went through the pain, moaned at samsung and eventually they gave me a replacement phone (I suspect reconditioned, not new). Now, 6 months later - guess what - SAME ISSUE. I have phone calls and people at other end can't hear me. Contacted the Samsung CEO group - send us the logs, send in phone and do without phone FOR ANOTHER PERIOD OF TIME AGAIN, and we will look at it. And obviously I get lectured on phone can't be damaged as will void warranty. THE PHONE IS IMMACULATE but hey I can go YET ANOTHER WEEK WITH NO WORKING PHONE. I may as well though, because this piece of junk simply doesn't work - and IT'S THE SECONG S24. Seriously these phones are rubbish.
