Bezel repair required for watch. Was advised by phone and in person By Samsung Reps that that Bezel replacement was covered under warranty. Then received invoice for $150 before watch would be repaired!! This is not the advice provided by samsung reps. You might want to think twice before buying a Samsung watch as the bezel is an integral part of the watch.
Follow-up · The bezel fel off the watch and was lost. Samsung Reps on both phone and store front, advised bezel replacement was covered by warranty. It was escalated to a customer service rep who handled my case, very nice person, but unfortunately, the fact that incorrect information was provided to me, did not give me any resolution other than having to pay for the replacement bezel before watch could be returned.
