Ordered products through JB online. Paid extra for it to be delivered to my home. They ignored instructions and sent goods to an out of the way parcel locker 25 km away. So in these days of soaring petrol prices have to travel to an unfamiliar place. Only thing JB are good at is bullying and incompetence.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 from Phonebot. After about a week, I noticed it wasn’t charging properly. I ordered an original Samsung charger, and it worked perfectly—turns out the charger that came with the watch was faulty. Despite that, the watch itself is great and delivery from Phonebot was fast and smooth. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. Thanks, Phonebot!
