Absolute Garbage – It has never been right. Multiple calls to Samsung who were no help. Pixelating, seizing, poor to no computer power for watching Netflix or Kayo. I have to turn it off and let it reboot 3-5 times a night. I just give up sometimes. Very disappointed. Show details

Disappointed TV quality – Our 5 year old Samsung TV just started flickering and Samsung support is unwilling to provide any free of charge servicing. My last LG lasted me 10 years with no issue. I am so disappointed given that I paid over $2000 for it and waited 3 months for delivery. Never again! Show details

A dumb Smart TV – Good picture and sound on TV, Sony is better because it talks to KODI. I was not happy that this TV is not that smart! The salesman told me it would speak to Kodi. He was wrong!!!!!

Brilliant TV. Very poor universal remote – This is easily the best TV I've ever owned. It is brilliant. The speakers were a bit tinny so I bought a Yamaha soundbar which is great. The only thing preventing me from giving it five stars is the very poor universal remote. It is a great idea but doesn't stay connected and has now dropped out all together. It's a shame as it would be excellent if it worked. But that's ok. Love this TV.  Show details

great with minimal drag, fast input. Sound is good for a TV but we picked up a soundbar and subwoofer anyway.

If I could would give it a half a star – Not that great, wouldn’t recommend it for the price to be honest. Can pick up other 65” TVs for half the price which are better. Only god can judge me

Personally I don't like the stand for such a premium tv. Series 6 and 7 have better looking stand.

Crystal clear pictures – Bought this on sale at the beginning of 2017 for $1500. The image this television produces is jaw-dropping (coming from someone that hasn't ever had a full HDTV before). I love being able to watch Youtube videos and Netflix on this TV without having to connect to a computer first. Haven't had any issues a year on. Highly recommended.  Show details

I love my tv! – I previously had a 55inch Sony TV From 5 years ago, quality was still very decent but it wasn’t a smart Tv. I got this TV On sale for less than $2k and I love it! Anyone that comes over to my place is impressed by the color and brightness. I only sit two meters away so 65inch was a good size. awesome all round performer – Exceeds all our expectations with picture quality. We use it predominantly with the inbuilt Netflix app and Youtube app (music videos). Have a PS4 and AppleTV (NBA tv app) that we also use. The Stan app has not been working the last few months but this issue seems to have been resolved now. Love the ports all plugging in via the Source Link feature, only one cord up to the TV and the rest are in the cabinet below.

The operating system has been working seamlessly for the past 12 months (except the Stan app as previously mentioned).

Used the 'RTINGS' website to decide on this TV and it had the best 'all round' rating for a TV in this price range. Definitely happy with our choice.

Cant afford oled this is the next best thing – 200hz amazing upscailing with high glass panel. Super smart control of other devices with voice control and super quick when it comes to smart functions. Amazing TV – Amazing picture, so clear, great for sport and colours are really good. Smart TV with fast transition and easy to use. My 3 yr old can turn it on, put on ABCkids app and select episodes. You can mirror your phone or laptop to it and there are ample connections. It is quite a beautiful TV, an elegant piece of furniture and watching sport on it is a pleasure. Fabulous! – Fabulous is the maximum superlative for this outstanding TV. We are wrapped in every aspect of it. The picture and sound quality are amazing. The 'smart TV' is just what it says. Connectivity to our PC is simple and amazing. We run our 'Apple TV' through the hub for connectivity to Netflix worldwide through our VPN, simple, and local Netflix is simpler just with the TV. Great Picture let down by OS – Great quality picture for the money. Make sure you pair this with a good quality video source to get the best output, remember if you put crap in you get crap out! The operating system can sometimes be slow on boot and if it decides to do a random software update, however all in all would recommend. Clear and crisp – We are extremely happy with our new Samsung smart TV the picture clarity is amazing and it connects effortlessly with Netflix via WiFi. So we can enjoy ad free TV anytime we choose. Using the remote is challenging however we are gradually coming to terms with sub-menus and complexities associated with the sophisticated options. Great UHD and HDR Quality specially for videogames – Awesome quality. Movies looks amazing and 4K Netflix TV shows and movies are mind blowing. I heavily use it to play videogames and the experience is just fantastic. The only con is that Neflix and youtube apps crash at leats once per week. It is just annoying but really easy to reset. Amazing! – The picture quality is a huge improvement over my previous TV, although the blacks aren't as good as an OLED it is the best LED I have seen for black reproduction. for all the connections, I have it mounted behind the TV in an easy to access location.

The operating system is fast and responsive, the only things that can be slow is the built in TV guide, I have found this on multiple TV's and can only assume it is due to it getting the data from the over the air broadcast.

Got this at an exceptional price and an very happy 1 month in.

Very clear picture quality and excellent speakers – Excellent picture and sound quality. Extra portable attachment to connect more hdmi and additional speakers is great feature. Smart tv is very good for Netflix, utube and other apps. Great purchase still absolutely thrilled after 3 months – I was nervous upgrading from my plasma and worried about ghosting and how the tv would look after getting it home. This TV doesn't disappoint at all, i've viewed content in 4K (with HDR), 1080p and regular SD and tv all perform great. The separate box for the ports(hdmi,usb,aerial etc..) is great for wall mounting. I do love my tele – The picture quality is a 4/5. The volume doesn't go very high which is a shame. It's so easy to use though. Sometimes it does freeze and sometimes it won't turn on so I have to turn it off at the PowerPoint and then it'll turn on. The Stan app is very temperamental. reload latest firmware and he has same problem on his tv, which is the same model. Samsung told me to contact Stan. I refused to do this as it is their TV and it should work as they advertise. The problem is between Samsung and Stan. I only upgraded my TV as my last Samsung Smart TV did not have Stan or Netflix.

* The "Guide" buttons on both remote rarely work. I have to go through the On Screen displays to get to the guide.

* TV has started to drop stored channels, even in the middle of watching TV I need to rescan channels to resume watching TV.

I have had about 10 calls to Samsung. They have done all sorts of resets, reboots and even had a tech come out. Problems still remain. They keep promising to have a 'Case manager" contact me regarding replacement/refund. I have been waiting 6 weeks now. The last promise from Samsung that they would contact me was a week ago. I'm going to make one last call to Samsung, and my next call after that will be to "Fair Trading".

comparatively to the apple air playing the air playing or whatever the name it called is very slow from the phone to tv unfortunately. and I still couldn't find if it's possible to lick the tv like passcode enter so I can restrict the tv time for my very curious, inventive 4yo.. since it has all the tabs like Netflix, YouTube etc etc very handy visible (doing exactly the thing it designed to) my little one has the access to all within her fingertips...:D

Anyway I/we love the tv and it is a deffinetly a best thing we bought for a loong time..

cake: Samsung have update the operating system so it now shows advertising on the navigation bar. ON A TV THAT WE PAID $4000+ for. Totally unacceptable, unconscionable conduct. While I've no doubt that there is probably some clause or update TOC that "permits" this behaviour legally, it is completely unethical and the absolute last straw - this was not made clear at time of purchase as is an absolute dealbreaker. I highly recommend that you choose any brand other than Samsung for any purchase you're intending to make - every Samsung product we have owned has been a complete dumpster fire (tv's, washers, fridges etc). Buy a Bauhn from Aldi and plug in an Apple TV - at least it won't show ads, the apps will work and will be updated, and Apple's behaviour toward the consumer experience is ethical.
