Don't Buy – Bought this TV New for over $3000 and it lasted one game of footy. I rang Samsung who replaced the mainboard which didn't work did they replaced the screen. Tv came back and had a terrible picture so the technician took it again. They have recently dropped it back to us and the picture quality is still rubbish. Rang Samsung again today and they advised me that because the technician said it was working that there is nothing else they will do about it. Further to this, when i asked to put me on to a manager they put me on hold for 30 mins and then disconnected my call.

Great – We were comparing this version with the Qled, and decided to go with cheaper option. So far quiet happy with it. It was very easy to set up. The neat way of storing the cables is great. Fantastic TV! – We just purchased our second samsung TV in the same series. Already have 75" series 6 and just bought a 65" for a second room. No issues, blacks are pretty decent really. Best TV – A spectacular picture on this tv I also have a 50 inch Samsung and the performance on the 32 inch is just as clear. I use this as a bedroom tv and like the 180 minute timer. but there are further settings which Samsung call Expert settings which I pride myself on being able to set up but none of these settings really make a lot of sense to me at all.What annoys me the most is my collection of High Definition MP4 1080p HD movies which on the old tv used to play with a stunning picture but on this there is a lot and I mean a lot of pixelization on the screen particularly on the darker areas.I have tried setting after setting and tweak after tweak but it is getting to the point where my wife is getting sick of not being able to watch tv without me fiddling with the settings.I have googled the problem and judging by the number of questions and supposed answers I would say that Samsung has a definite problem here. In fact I would advise people to look at another brand something like Hisense or TCL because these tvs seem to give a superb picture,often at around a half to two thirds of the price.

I have gotten to the stage where I feel sick when sitting down to watch a movie of which is a favorite pastime for me I feel sick to the stomach because I feel as though I have wasted a couple of grand that could have been spent on a better brand. So, buyer beware being the "Market Leader" may not necessarily mean the best.

Another winner from Samsung – I have been very happy with Samsung TVs and this one is no different. Great picture quality especially once you make the proper adjustments. Check the internet for the settings will make things a lot easier. For sound I would recommend a decent sound bar to get the most out of. None of the TVs I have used have had great sound. Really top quality for the price! – The picture quality was the main reason I choose this tv. The remote has to be mentioned as well, it doesn't get any easier. Excellent! – Bought this from The Good Guys on special, the picture is unbelievable & everybody who visits comments on how clear it is. Use a PS4 with it and it's unbelievable. Great – Great picture quality. Can adjust all day. I am very satisfied with this product it even comes with built in speakers that are very loud which is conveniant for living out in the farm, not unless you want to disturb your neighbourhood throughout the night 2nd every weekend. Great, but not android tv – the tv is fantastic. happy with all aspects except that i didn't realise it wasn't an android tv. as a result cannot load some of the things that i prefer to. for example kodi. no issues if u don't need this feature or an android system :) fantastic picture quality. sound. easy to browse around.  Show details

Perfect screen size & resolution – Fantastic picture quality with all the ports you will ever need. Has many apps that allows very smart interaction. The built in speakers are very crisp which allows you to detect individual notes & sounds from different sides of the screen. Disppoints In Some Aspects – This TV was a replacement for a similar sized unit but it was not obvious that Samsung no longer include 3D in most of their new models. I amde the mistake of assuming they all did these days, however my reason for purchase was that the old model was wifi but required a Samsun modem o work and that was no longer available (how quickly they date)… Read more

. Anyhow the wifi options work easily enough and we got a Netflix sub with it to start. There were several other apps available as well. I felt the picture generally was a lot darker than the previous model which made any reflected light more noticeable. Not a good aspect for daytime viewing but of no consequence at night. What I did like was how the TV and a Samsung DVD unit fitted like a glove, making setting up and switching between DVD, TV, Foxtel and other apps a breeze once you got used to it.

Wireless internet receiver is unusable. No screen mirroring – This is a huge letdown for a new Smart TV and I wish I had done more research before handing over my money. The wireless receiver on the TV is such a joke it is unusable, literally won’t play a low quality movie on YouTube without dropping out, then it takes 5 mins to try and re-connect.

I have inquired about this and Samsung say this is not a fault but just how they are, so to stream movies I have needed to buy a wireless extender and plug the internet cable directly to the TV.

Also the Samsung smart remote is not included or even compatible with this model.

It's a cheap and poorly made TV wrapped in a Samsung shell and sold for top dollar.
