i would never buy samsung again – each time you want to use it, the glass turntable would come off the turntable track had 3 wheels. there was many time I went to get my meal out and out came the turntable. I can see why they changed the insides with a new type of paint, as the last one I got in 2009. the paint is all peeling off, so I got new one in 2014 to fine I was wearing… Read more
my meal each time I got meal out
the turntable would come with it. so I back to use my 2009 model with paint peeling off in the inside of the over, as I don't have money to spare to get another one. the first microware oven I had was a sharp and I had it from
1993 to 2008 and was still going strong. I gave it to friend, and his still got it. I wish I never touch Samsung and stuck with sharp
Samsung customer service is careless about their customers – Last time at buying a samsung ever!!! We bought samsung microwave me732k in february with 1 year warranty, stopped working in august, contacted the retailer and have been advised to contact one of the repair shops. Just recently in october we could organise a drop-off, both me and my husband were busy working. Finally, we did it. The microwave… Read more
has been accepted and we were not informed about extra charges that might take place if it is not a manufacturer’s fault. Today we have been told that the reason why the microwave stopped working was that the cockroaches found their way there and destroyed the microwave and insurance does not cover this case, but it also does not say we will have to pay for the quote or anything else.
The quote is $55 and we have to pay it, the repair will cost us $135. The price of microwave itself is around $100.
Samsung also denies its responsibility and did not want to cover any quotes or repair costs. So upset! Poor service!
OK but let down by some unusual features – I bought this 20 litre microwave from Target after returning a 25 litre Kambrook which had measured too deep for the space in my wall cupboard. The Samsung ME732K is OK but I think you could find better 20 litre microwaves on offer. It is let down by some unusual features... Perhaps a safety feature but the oven door is too dark and you cannot… Read more
see the food while it's cooking. In my opinion ugly styling to the front of the door as the bottom juts out and the microwave window is on an angle...it just doesn't look right in the microwave space to my wall cabinet. Samsung's percularity going from A to B in indirect fashion - I've seen it in their mobile phones and now here. For example, instead of setting the cooking time and pressing the start button, you must set the power level (100W to 800W) first. For the average user of an 800W oven this is unnessary. After cooking is complete there is an annoying beep every minute for five minutes until the door is opened. Nice finish inside, dimensions are small and compact ideal for a wall cabinet (it measures W49cm, H27cm, D34cm), cooks OK. Oven door too dark to see food, annoying beep.
