Small and useful – This microwave is small. Internally though it is still wide enough and tall enough to make it very useful. Externally the small size means it fits where many others will not. I have had to adjust my cooking times to cater for needing more time to cook, but once this was sorted I have had no issues. Biggest negative, you can't see through the microwave's door glass whilst cooking.  Show details

Don't buy this product – The good points I'd the size of the unit. The really bad features are the keypad is really hard to press. You cant see inside the microwave when it's in use. There is no quick start button and you have to press alot of buttons just for basic function. I wish I could get my money back.

Poor Controls – Nice small microwave but the control interface has much to be desired. All actions require unnecessary button presses. There is no "quick start button" (you know a button that you press and the microwave starts for a minute or so). To set a time you have to press another button first, you can't just enter the time and press start. Just clunky.… Read more

There is no "kitchen timer" either. Inside should be lighter in color to make it easier to see inside. I like the eco mode that turns the clock off.

Pros: eco mode, good price

Cons: no quick start, clunky interface, no kitchen timer

Stopped working after 13 months – Microwave worked fine up to 1 yr and 1 month. It stopped working, triggering the houses safety switch and cutting power whilst 'blowing up'. Now I have a heap of junk nearly too big to put in the bin. Going to buy a $49 big w one now as at least they have a 2 yr warranty.

MicroWave Jigsaw Puzzle – The product has little design thought, or simple testing never done. A person needs microscopic eyes to see the instruction/s user panel. The panel should atleast be lighted, and do not place grey lettering on a stainless panel. This must be a Friday Design must finished product. Does Samsung have a Testing Lab.? The unit does not stay in position… Read more

Looking for a replacement, other brand; S00N. re: purchased by a relative while i was working abroad. Too late to return unit...

Do Not Buy This Product – So-called 'touch panel' requires very hard push in exactly the right spot to work I have to push that hard that it takes two hands, one hand to stop the micrwave sliding on benchtop other hand to press buttons Interior light dim when cooking, cannot see when liquid about to boil Method of use is really not intuitive. Needs too many keystrokes… Read more
