light and said the machine was okay. Maybe they didn't check it properly or maybe the microwave really does sound like this. Can't see it lasting too long. Won't be going near another Samsung product. Don't Samsung do any product testing??

And as an added insult the door of the microwave is so heavily tinted that you can't see anything inside when it's running.

Noisy! – Not impressed with this Samsung microwave oven as found it to be very noisy. Also the turntable tends to get stuck. Would not recommend this product. repairer who are not answering calls. This should be replaced not repaired because it is brand new; just out of the box. What a nightmare! Not happy Samsung.

Quality Control = Non Existent – Had this microwave delivered today, put in a bowl of water to test, and within seconds this loud grinding noise comes on. Turned immediately off and unplugged as it was a sound a microwave should definitely not make. The other poor reviews are in line with my experience also. Now to have to go through the process of fighting Samsung (or the retailer) to try and take it back so I can get something else without it impacting me even more.

Not good enough – The turntable did nor turn smoothly, it was very jerky in its rotation. Sent microwave back to the store. Tried another, same model in the store, also jerky movement in rotation but not as bad. Could have been a bad batch. We ended up purchased another brand and have been happy with the alternative.

Dissapointing – From day dot a clinging noise, very loud. Cant see what the hype was about in regards to smart sensors for heating food etc. Still overcooked, or undercooked. The number displayed started peeling/fading on the second month of owning it. have returned on warranty and will not be getting same one again.

Extremely disappointing – The moment we got this machine out of the box it didn't work properly. There was a dreadful noise and it didn't heat well. will need to increase the volumn on your TV well this is the one for you because they said that noise was normal. Nothing!! See above description.

Very Happy – Bought this a week ago. Chose the 34ltr as we generally only use the oven to defrost, steam veggies, and occasionally reheat left overs. up the cooking, came back to give it a stir when prompted, Voila! Beautiful creamy porridge, that had not boiled over. Everything since has been done well. Large turntable, had energy saving feature, does what it is meant to do well. The auto sensor menu has no keypad prompts, only a microscopic chart inside the door, or use the instruction book. I will be putting my favourites onto a bit ofmboardmto keep nearby. The silver finish shows every finger mark.
