$4500 for a TV that lasted 4 years. These products aren't made with any type of longevity. Samsung used to be the "it" brand and now I will never touch them again. Customer service center wasted 1hr of my time on the phone, emailing them photos etc, just for the final question to be "what was the purchase date" to then tell me they wouldn't cover it. Maybe ask that question first before wasting my time.
Got sent a 15% off voucher for the Samsung website as a "token". As if I'll be buying another Samsung TV just for it to die after 4 years again.
I have had cheaper TV's last 3 times as long as this.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $4,500.
Patches visible all over the screen – Bought a brand new premium Q70T QLED last month and have never been so disappointed with my purchase. There are patches on the corners of the screen and a big white rectangular patch in the middle. Gets quite embarrassing if you're trying to impress someone. When I contacted the customer care center they advised that the TV is designed to have a picture like that. If you're placing to buy a premium big screen TV I would suggest you anything else but Samsung.
