VerifiedI have this model, it's about 2 years old, and all my food in the fridge is freezing. I have turned the temperature up to 7 degrees but it hasn't seemed to make a difference. Vegetables, juice, yoghurt all frozen and all in different areas of the fridge. Please any help?
Hi Briony, Samsung have BRILLIANT customer support and will send a technician out to fix this for free if you have your purchase receipt. Call 1300 362 603 Sumsung Customer Service to book in your fridge.
It is a brilliant fridge and sounds like it has a faulty part that needs fixing.
Also your home insurance should cover and food that you have lost by it freezing.
