I'm not sure to be honest. You can still get parts for it thou. Just a few months ago I got a new door shelf and also a new fresh bin. Had no issues ordering them thru a retailer.

Have the same Samsung fridge got it from Harvey Norman stores person raved how good they are had ours about two years came home yesterday and everything in our freezer about $250 worth all spoiled n ice team melted put it on power freeze over night still not working this morning very pd off can we get a credit from Samsung for a new fridge different brand n how do we go about it Any suggestions is very helpful? we live in Sydney parramatta area
Hi. You'll probably have to go through the place you bought it. Just check your warranty. If it's out of warranty, they probably won't help you and you;ll have to buy a new fridge
