After a month of normal use door seal failed soaking my laundry floor and Samsung cite misuse to avoid repairing under warranty. Terrible quality and even worse after sales support and warranty policy from Samsung Australia. Don’t purchase, save yourself the $1000 odd dollars and hassle dealing with the nonsense customer care. Prior to failure machine was okay though a lot of modes have weight restrictions well below the 11 kg selling point.
Never again purchase from Samsung online. Look else where.

Stay away from Samsung washers. Spent $1000 on a unit that RRPs for $1500 only for it to break after 3 years and Samsung do nothing but offer you a discount to buy another one save yourself the time hassle and money.

Great Washing Machine – Using it for about 1 month now. It is working well and hopefully it last more than 5 years. Like its quick wash feature which we use it at least once a day to wash our clothes in small batches and fast. IT has 10Kg capacity but having the same size as the 8/9 Kg washer that I have previously.
