Sara Lee Carrot Cake

Every now and then I like to treat myself to a Sara Lee Carrot Cake. They come from the supermarket frozen and although a frozen cake would normally seem to be of poor quality this cake is prefect once it has thawed out. The cake is moist and soft, the cream cheese icing never sticks to the lid in the packaging and it is delicious. It’s a bit pricey at normal price well over $10 but supermarkets have them on special for around $8.50 regularly.
I like the taste, I like the quality and I like that they are Australian made.
Purchased in at IGA for $8.80.
