Sarraf Strata

I am very surprised at the negative reviews here. I am a recent owner-occupier and based on my personal experience, Strive Strata have been great to deal with compared to other strata managers - very responsive when issues arise, and I have recently joined the Strata Committee so in regular communication. Jimmy in particular has been fantastic to deal with.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Currently in an apartment building managed by strive strata, and am counting down the days til we sell and get out of here. engage in long term contracts e.g. arc energy that do not benefit the incumbents of the building. Do not recommended at all. Would love for us to be free of them.

Strive Strata is the same company formerly known as Sarraf Strata. Don’t read the positive reviews when you google the name as these are from their own website. They recently registered a new trading name and removed their public google reviews almost all of which were negative. I would not recommend this company as there are plenty more… Read more

reputable companies. In my experience they failed to pay bills and the ones they did pay were paid extremely late resulting in late fees and interest. This company are known to enter residents into long term agreements at the earliest opportunity such as Arc Energy and SBFM (building management company which is majority owned by them). Avoid if you can

Don’t be fooled by the new name Strive Strata, they recently removed their Google Profile which contained a dozens of negative reviews. Avoid this at all costs if you can and don’t sign any contracts they offer, changes are your getting over charged or it is a company connected to them such as SBFM (their majority owned building management company) - there are plenty of more reputable companies out there who don’t exploit apartment owners.
