a wooden handle is a wedge cannot be used to tighten the handle in the forged head and I have found that occasionally when I have lifted it to strike, the head has slid a little down the handle. The overstrike collar didn’t last long and then I found I couldn’t buy replacement collars for it. I wonder if the handle will eventually wear through without the collar.

Fair value compared to the wooden handle block busters. Get what you pay for. 3 stars
