1st Year Review – I am really hoping my first review stays up, I promised to do a follow up to my solar package after the 1st year and well here it goes First off, I thought the company was great, they were professional and fast in installation (putting this hear just in case my first review is taken down), the installers wow fast, the company never pushed the product and were generally good to deal with.

I installed a 12kw system to the premises that had an existing 3kw system. All Growatt inverters, and generally that are ok, Growatt contacted me and extended my warranty free of charge so that was a bonus!, The online tracking of generation is accurate and informative, the web page associated and app is clearly fantastic as easy to navigate and understand.

Well after 12 months, wow over $2000 sold back to the grid, the whole year apart from winter we had where we had to pay the bill, out of the credits we got. It has raised in credits amounts. Currently with a credit of 800 on our power bill. Now these panels were on the cheaper side, IE not a brand name being pushed, but they have been alright, I estimate will be only 3yrs till we see our money back. with credits coming in and no electricity bills based on the energy sold to the grid about 15000kws have been sold back to the grid. I cannot conclude having the higher priced panels would have generated more, also the positioning of these panels also determines their output. The panels do fantastic in very sunny days, I have peaked of 9kws per hr but in low light you can notice the differences

The only negative I can state is not with SayYesSolar but with the system - I do believe that if people are selling back to the grid, it should be only 10 cents lower than what the power companies charge. I do see how the system is set up to basically just rip people off, ie the charges we pay 39 cents per kw then the fee selling back to the grid should be 29cents without fail. I also do not support the power suppliers proposing the right to cut people off in regards to selling back to the grid or the other proposal of charging people, it breaches commercial law and if that is the case the power suppliers can pay me the exact amount I paid for the panels

Look into solar for yourselves - but one thing the government cannot push a product then dictate terms when people have them, its literally deceiving people into false beliefs and that has nothing to do with Solar installers

Atrocious! Would never use company again – I would not recommend this company to anyone. Heyson and his team has done an atrocious job with my air-conditioning system installation: he has cut out and damaged my ceiling (leaving dirt and dust everywhere in my house for us to clean up and poorly touched up cracks), left an overflowing pipe which dripped on top of the exterior air-conditioning system., did not bolt the exterior air-conditioning system to the ground, the exterior air-conditioning vibrates loudly and the zoning system does not work in my lounge room. To make matters worse, the water drips in my bedroom through the frame of the air vent when it rains.
