Omg do not waste your money! I literally just threw mine in the bin after only buying it a month ago! First of all it is battery operated not rechargeable, so you have to continually buy 4 batteries. Then they only give you 1 single roller in the pack which is not coarse and is so crap you can't use it. Then you have to go buy replacement rollers… Read more

at $12 each. So with the batteries and rollers it ends up costing nearly $100! If it even worked well it would be worth it but it's total crap. I had one from Kmart that was 100 times better.

Total rip off. They give you one lousy roller which is blunt after first use. You have to buy the rollers separately for $12 each. It also doesn't work well. I had a Kmart one that was 10 x better. Show details

Work like magic – I have suffered dry and cracked heals for many years. I have tried foot scrubbers and cream and whatever I know to avoid the dead skin on my heels but it didn’t work. Luckily I found Scholl electronic Foot File on an advertisement and decided to give it a try. I bought it today. Easy to use and it works like magic. All the fissures are gone and leave my heels soft and smooth. I love it so much. I strongly recommend this product!

Not as good as the original Scholl foot file – It slows down a lot when using it. Whereas the original ones run same speed and did not slow down. Would recommend the original one, but not the wet and dry one. I’m still a fan of Scholl products. Bought from chemist warehouse Ballajura 6066 Show details

Good product - be careful when changing batteries – Very good for removing hard skin on feet. Batteries died and I nearly threw it away when I put new ones in and the tool still wouldn't start. Read on one review that customers had same issue, but one advised to knock it hard on the side of the tool and it will start to work! Sceptical but gave it a try ... and it sprung into life again. Thank you to whoever wrote that review. Show details

Poor Design – Poor design, plastic casing around gears fail, making terrible sound, then total fail. Come on Scholl, you know this is a problem, its an easy fix. Dissapointing, i had 2, both lasted 6 months Show details

Witherspoon's foot file heel scraper – For 30+ years I suffered very bad cracks in my heels from being in boots and on my feet for long days. I tried everything and on Asian holidays I looked forward to and went for pedicures to have the heel scraped at the start of the holiday and when I left (Australian pedicures are not aimed at men with bad heel cracks). The amount of skin removed… Read more

by littler razors was amazing (and disgusting). The pedicure gave me relief but only short term. In late 2017 I came across a Witherspoon's display at a markets south of Bunbury WA. I bought one of their foot file heal scrapers. It fixed the heel cracking in about a week of daily use. I went from really deep wide cracks to smooth as a baby's bum. About once a month I would follow-up and I have never had a crack since. In the past week, coming in to summer (the cracked feet season) I realised I had not used the foot file for several months. My heels were still good. Normally I would be starting to feel pain but have had no pain for nearly 3 years. I cannot recommend this product highly enough and I just bought three for stocking fillers for my siblings who complain about heel pain. I have gone from really sore heels to no cracks and no pain. I ordered on Wednesday and the three files arrived the next day from WA by Express Post. Excellent product and service.

Stopped working after 1 use – I brought the rechargeable model. I used it once and it worked really well although the recharging points became very hot. I put it back on charge but the next day when I tried to use it the motor was running but the roller wouldn’t turn. I returned it for a refund, but it was hard to convince the shop assistant because the roller worked when she switched it on. Show details

Scholl Velvet Smooth PRO is a true pro – Bought the velvet smooth pro from chemist warehouse, and have fallen in love with it. Previously we used rough files or the blade scrapers, but this is great. First the facts, it comes semi-charged out of the box, it has three buttons; one for on/off, another to change the speed low/high, and a third to remove the roller head. I do agree that if… Read more

you feet are really bad it will probably take about 20-30 minutes to get both feet up to scratch, but from then on, a couple of minutes every few days is all you will need. We live in the desert where it is very dry, and our feet have suffered for a few years now. This product, which you can use dry or under water (haven't tried the underwater part yet), really did a number on the dry skin. You don't have to push down hard, in fact it wont work if you do, you just let it glide over the rough skin and the diamond spinner will tear through it. Being rechargeable makes it even better, though it is worth pointing out that the provided recharging dock only has a USB cable - this is no problem for me but some might find it a pain if they dont have a spare USB port somewhere. You can get replacement spinners, either normal or rough, but the one that comes with the unit does a great job, and you just wash it under water to clean it.

Great Product – This product has really helped fix my cracked heels!.. I would suggest getting the Schole heal balm also, file your feat when they are dry and catch on things, once filed, apply the heal balm with some socks on so it has a chance to absorb the cream, should work well.

Don't waste your money – Bought this and wanted smooth feet..... If you have over an hour go for it. Not sitting for that period of time when I can do it manually faster. Can't press on it,needs to be lightly touching then it works and have talc like skin blowing everywhere. I have experienced it. Wouldn't buy again. Pumice stone and a manual file will do better and faster.

This is far better than the original one. It worked within 5 minutes! My feet are very smooth! – I have very smooth heels now! Happy i didn't have to spend hours to achieve this, but only a few minutes!

Does the job – I believe it did great job, or at least met my expectations. Effective way to remove hard skin on feet from running at the gum or long working hours. Most of the reviews I read before buying was negative but honestly I am happy with it. The new pack comes with soft head which does not work for extra rough skin therefore you need to spend extra 17$ On top of pricy machine ($59 from chemist wearhouse)....l will recommend to a friend .

This is brilliant for my feet – Was alittle apprehensive to buy this but I bit the bullet and bought it, particularly while half price. I must say my feet havent been this good-looking in years!! I have had it one week and already my feet are shaping up nicely to smooth. Have used both in and out of shower.. Great purchase for the price.Works well for me

Unpredictable – Brand new, out the box. Loaded the batteries checked it worked. Went for a bath. Came out it wouldnt work. Changed the batteries still didnt work. Popped the file off. Turned it on. Worked added file. Would not work again. Feeling defeated. I spun the file whilst switched on and producted worked. (Watch fingers) Used. Turned off.

Just so convenient! – I got one of these for Christmas and just love it. It hangs neatly in the shower on the provided hook and so far has not fallen off. The things I love most are that it is rechargeable, no more replacing batteries, and the recharging time is quite fast and lasts for ages plus I can use it daily, so a minute or so on each heel and I'm done. I did… Read more ·  1

have a pedicure before I started this daily maintenance, but so far my heels are as good as they were after the pedicure. It has two speeds and I tend to use it on the high speed, purely because I want to get done as quickly as possible. I have two of the dry/battery versions and whilst these are great, the upgrade has meant, no batteries, dust or noise. Just fantastic Dr Scholl!

Sorry, very disappointed – This device does not work as it should, exfoliation is minuscule, needs a coarser roller head and more grunt, runs flat in a very short time. Not at all satisfactory.

Works better than expected – I had been thinking of getting one of these for quite some time now and finally purchased the basic battery operated one. Out of the box it did not work and when I checked the battery compartment I found the shipped batteries (already installed in the unit) had leaked everywhere. Back to the shop and I decided to get the Wet & Dry version as it… Read more

had a rechargeable battery instead. This new one works a treat. And the charge station works very well too. Using it was easy enough and when I had finished I used the Scholl Foot Lotion and my feet felt better then ever. Only down side is that the smell of the skin being removed can be a little on the nose - so use it outside.

Love this, silky soft tootsies – Just upgraded to this rechargeable version, the battery version is also good but so much simpler to just throw this back on the charger, one of my favourite things atm.

Doesn't work for me – I have tried it dry and wet. There is some initial exfoliation but otherwise fairly ineffective for me. Not coarse enough. Using foot creams works better. Not happy with this product.

Best Foot Tile Ever – Got this great product from Friend recommendation! I had used different types of food files or stones for years but this is the best. I have very dry foot and I walk a lot. It's not too bad in Winter but in Summer I have cracks on heels quite painful. The package comes with USB charger. It's very convenient if travel. the product has very nice… Read more

design with comfortable shape and nice pink/blue colour. It stops if too much pressure when you press to protect. I used about 2 minutes for each feet dry then had shower and put the normal body cream on. I can't believe how smooth the feet is next Morning! When I touch the file head with my hand at the beginning, I had thought it was too rough however once I use it it's perfect for the feet and not bad at all. Very happy with it!

Highly recommend this product! All worth it!

Amazing – I read reviews before purchasing this and thought I'll give it a go. Wow! In one use my feet are amazing. Had to leave a review as I'm so impressed.

1000 stars!!! Absolute miracle worker – Oh. My. Word! I've never written a review about anything before but need to for this. Absolutely can't believe this little workhorse. Best foot product I've ever invested in. I wanted to get this one over the battery operated one as I figured I'd save in the long run on batteries (I'd read reviews that the other one chews through them). I got it… Read more

for $59 at chemist warehouse after coming home from a camping trip, as my feet were out of control dry and cracked and filthy with four days worth of dirt caked in! I know it's disgusting but you need to understand the state my feet were in. Because I have a very active 2 year old who needs pretty much constant supervision, I don't have time to go to a spa or have a foot soak or scrub my heels in the shower, so my only hope of my feet returning to any sort of normal was to give this a go. Wow and more wow. I seriously was not expecting this. As the lady wrote before me, it's only 3-5 mins per foot, which I did with my toddler watching, and it actually entertained her because (tmi I know and it's disgusting I know but this is reality) the machine was turning my dead skin into a powder festival (not extreme maybe 5cm into the air). Crazy I know, but seriously, I wish I had taken before and after pics because they could've been in an infomercial! I used it in the shower the next morning for round 2 and again, it was amazing. Like the lady before me said as well, it's not that weird sensation of almost pain and anticipating pain, but just a slight tingle, and the softest evenly buffed heels you'll ever have. I absolutely can't get over how incredible it is. I don't think I've had any product work so well and do what it claims to do in my whole life. Except maybe the dr Browns reflux and colic baby bottles. But that's another story. Anyway, you won't regret it.

Amazing results! – I've been contemplating on buying one of these Scholl foot files ever since the original came out to the market but always thought they were quite expensive for a foot file. I always get dry feet in summer and usually use a pumice stone to file or I used to buy 'Milky Feet' foot masks - I've only used them about 4 times as they're quite pricey and… Read more

hardly ever on specials, usually around $24 for a single use pack.

I saw that this new wet and dry model was released recently and was waiting for a great deal to come by. I bought mine 11/3/16 at Chemist warehouse for $49.99 which I thought was a bargain but I was quite doubtful about its performance! I also bought a tube of Scholl Velvet smooth Essential moisture cream - quick absorb as a foot cream.

Firstly I loved the tiny handle on the foot file, compared to their older model. This one has a smaller handle and looks very sexy and sophisticated, not to mention the easy on the eyes baby blue colour. I love that it's wet and dry so I can even use in the shower. The battery is rechargeable - It comes with a USB plug, just like the one on smart phone chargers, so if you're on holidays, you could pretty much plug it to anything with a USB outlet to charge.Has two speed settings. The green light blinks while it charges and settles once fully charged.

When I used this briefly earlier today I was adamant to write a review warning people not to waste their money on this product but after I actually took the time to file my feet properly I was blown away by the results! It was amazing!! My feet are so soft, just like after using a foot mask but without the long wait (usually about 7-10 days when I've used Milky feet). It didn't feel like results from a normal/manual foot file, where I've always felt that my feet were really dry and sore a bit and always needing a lot of greasy foot cream afterwards to keep feet looking decent. This was a much smoother, gentler feeling on feet. Even while I was filing my feet it didn't even feel like it was doing anything, just a small tingle and I was amazed by the results when I touched my feet..so soft and smooth!

I used with water straight after a wash but not in the shower. I filled a small bowl with warm water and kept dipping my foot in as I was working on my feet and occasionally dipped the filing head in the water while spinning to clean it up. I would have spent a maximum of 3-5mins on each foot. Towel dried feet and applied Scholl velvet smooth essential moisture cream quick absorb cream. The consistency of the cream is quite runny, not at all like traditional foot cream. Absorbed really well without any oily finish. Had a cooling effect upon contact with skin and is quite pleasurable to massage with. I would definitely recommend the cream with the foot file.
