Poor quality – As a longtime user of Scotch-brite I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their products now, specially the one I use regularly, Non Scratch Scrub Sponge. They used to be really good but recently I noticed within a week or two they just pull apart. Well, time to move on from Scotch Brite and switch to another better brand. Thumbs down on your poor quality products. I will not recommend them at all. Show details
Appalling Customer Service – Emailed 3M product to complain about non scratch scrub sponges a month ago. never heard back after two weeks so emailed them again to ask how the deliberations were going?, Have not heard back, it is clerk they are very laissez faire (hope problem (ie: the customer) will go away if they take no action). I have been using them for a long time. Quality has gone south, Sponges deteriorate in less than a week. They need to lift the game all-round.
