Moved by Keah and Alec, did a great job, on time and eficient.

Wouldn't want to use anyone else to move in the future – Jag and Jas were there on time, were so polite and friendly and worked so fast moving our furniture. I was so impressed with their professionalism and the care they took with our things. I highly recommend Scotty's to anyone wanting to move with no hassle.

Do not recommend – 2 bedroom townhouse with double garage and outdoor living - 10 hours. Chose recommended truck size but needed two trips. Removalists were great but company does not take good care of employees, no lift on the truck. Charged extra for replacement staff when injured staff member went home sick. Do not recommend.

Repeat customer but will not use again – When the removalists lowered the platform at the back of the truck it made contact with a post at the front of the house. particular email address. I was advised that an investigation would be undertaken. I received an email saying that the investigation concluded that they did not cause any damage. At no point in the investigation was I contacted. When I phoned to discuss the findings the General Manager told me that if I didn’t like it I could “take it to QCAT where it will probably be thrown out anyway “. I would have to take a day off work to attend a QCAT hearing, as would my neighbour who witnessed the incident. Neither of us can afford to do that. So I’ve lost my bond. Extremely disappointed that I’ve received such poor treatment.

Really efficient and hassle-free! – I booked in Scotty's for a relatively small move from a second storey apartment to a house, based on a very positive recommendation from a friend. the job quickly without any delays. It was my first experience using a removalist as have DIY'd in the past due to horror stories that I've heard from others about other companies, but my partner and I were very happy with Scotty's and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Efficient service and courteous staff – We recently moved our parents from a large home in Brisbane to a retirement unit in Toowoomba. The removalists from Scotty’s were punctual and efficient. They handled the furniture well and treated our elderly parents respectfully.

Scotty's do it well – I used Scotty's yesterday for a short distance from camp Hill to Hawthorne. Bill and John worked very hard in the heat and took every care with my belongings. They wasted no time and got on with it and remembered all the instructions I gave them. Well done guys and you did well.

Good – I initially had some issues with the speed of these guys but the Managing Director called me and we reached a resolution. Their main focus is care for your possessions so if you don't want anything broken/dented/chipped these are probably your guys.

Efficient and Economical – Amazing service. Prompt and careful. Disassembled furniture and reassembled - no problem. Take away rubbish afterwards. Very courteous, and asked if there was anything else they could help with before departing. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.
