Sealy Harmony Deluxe Mattress

The mattress that was delivered was defective and made a dreadful cracking noise. When this was referred to the manufacturer’Sealy’ their treatment and response to the problem was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend any of their products as their after market service and support is absolutely rubbish. Show details

Sadly have lost faith in Sealy. Bought this mattress from Snooze and have had problems from day one. Gave it 30 days for my back,shoulders and hips to adjust and still waking up with stiffness and soreness from a mattress that should be firm not hard. Ended up buying an expensive mattress topper and am now shopping for a new mattress, it wont be a Sealy. Show details

Terrible – Had issues with it from day one! I ended up getting a sleepmaker game changer not waking up in constant pain! Only had the sealy mattress for a year I paid $800 for it I sold it for $100 :/ Avoid at all cost! Show details

This is such an uncomfortable mattress, my back is in spasms – Bought this mattress becuase I was looking for a firm one, but after receiving it, it is WAY too firm and is so uncomfortable. I am used to sleeping on firm surfaces but this one is so hard and badly made and has caused so much back and body pain. I am really disappointed.

Perfect comfort – I love the harmony mattress and base from Sealy. It's quite a bit firmer than my 25 year old Sealy posturepedic and took some time to get used to. cannot believe some of the negative reviews here for this mattress .As I have said, it takes time to get used to a new level of support with a new mattress. I would like to get the double bed size for the spare room when there is a sale.I don't want to sleep on any other mattress. Well done Sealy.

Shocking – I purchased this mattress from snooze and slept on it for the first time. It's meant to be plush but it's so hard me and my husband both woke up with shoulder pain. Worst mattress ever – I bought this mattress and have lost sleep every night since buying it… I sleep on my side and wake up with pain in my hips. I have never had this problem before and after reading these reviews there must be a serious issue with the construction of this mattress. Stay away don’t buy it. pain across my mid and lower back. I stayed at a hotel last week and low and behold no pain for the nights I slept there, which further confirmed the impact this mattress is having on my body. Worst decision selecting this mattress.

Big mistake – Have had my Sealy harmony deluxe plush mattress for over 3 weeks now. And basically havent slept a decent nights sleep. It was a costly mistake. so I guess they wanted a sale that day. They were so insisted oh no this one is for you. I felt so pressured so got what they said. I had 3 sales people talking me into the one i didnt want. I'm so upset. Everytime i went to the one i preferred they kept leading me back to this one. They were so Insistent all 3 of them. This mattress is so hard it's like laying on a slab of rock. I have back problems and I'm a side sleeper and the sales people knew that. So they should not have been so Insistent that I have such a hard mattress. Don't be fooled that this is a plush mattress it's as hard as a rock. And I swear the one I got delivered is even harder than the one in the shop. I am a pensioner so this was an expensive bad decision that I will regret for years to come. I walked in the shop wanting a nice very soft mattress and ended up with a slab of concrete I wake up in pain from. I will never walk in a snooze shop again as they pressure you into something you don't even want. and i will never buy or recommend a Sealy. As this mattress is supposed to be a plush but as hard as rock. I also wake up feeling very hot. I was stupid enough to fall for the sales people's bulls#IT. Oh this is the best one for you blah blah blah i bought my son the same one cause he has a bad back blah blah blah. They knew I wanted a soft one they knew I was a side sleeper and side sleepers especially ones with bad backs should have a softer mattress not a slab of concrete. I absolutely hate my new mattress. Sealy Mattress not as good as they say – We pre purchased the Sealy harmony Deluxe on boxing day last year and received it mid January. We know that beds you see at the show rooms are soft compared in what you receive but our bed is still like a rock 5 months later and we can feel the springs through the pillow top. The boxing day special has turned into a lemon and we will never buy a Sealy again
