Sealy Posturepedic Heritage

I would never buy a Sealy again, I have been disappointed ever since I purchased it – One of my biggest regrets. First and last purchase of a Sealy. to wait another month until another appointment. I was told to expect a visit between 8-11. They showed up at 720am and told me things had changed and that they messaged me. Then they asked if it was for a home inspection or factory inspection. I was never given this information and apparently they themselves didn't know. Then I was told they were taking the mattress (first time I was ever told this) Then that someone had to be home the same day for when they drop it off (first time I was told this). The mattress does nothing for lumbar support and it's an absolute disgrace. I have stayed in hostels and hotels all over the world and i never had pain like I do after sleeping on this mattress. I would never buy another Sealy or reccomend anyone buy one.

I was contacted by Sealy to arrange a home inspection of my mattress, 2 man turned up at my house 1/2 hr earlier than the time i was told, they said they were there to collect my mattress to take it to get inspected, I hadn't been told this before. They refused to take their shoes off as I have carpet so my partner and I lifted the mattress. About 3 hrs later I received a phone call that they were at my house to return the mattress. I received an email with details of the mattress inspection and basically they didn't find anything wrong with the mattress. I've never experienced so much difficulty with a company. Poor product, poor communication and an absolute waste of money

3 Months Old & Already Failing – We are so disappointed with the Sealy Posturepedic Heritage after a few weeks it was already noticeably sagging and after 3 months it is really like an old mattress. out not to be a fault. In the end they waived the change but also refused the claim. They state unless there is more than 32mm sagging they do nothing, we had apparently only 25mm (which is not true, see the pictures). We are not big people and the deterioration in such a short time is really unacceptable (and uncomfortable). We don't look forward to bed and comfort at all.
