Very hard bonnell spring mattress – This mattress is in a holiday apartment and is labeled August 2018. Every day I have been waking up with back ache. It is very hard, has no edge support and does not provide good back support at all. Bonnell springs are only suitable for small children. Don't be fooled by the name. been so tempted to ask about the warranty on so many occasions, even knowing that it isn't covered. To pay so much money for what I used to think was a great brand has been one huge disappointment. Now, after so many sleepless nights we are at a loss as to what to do. I ended up purchasing a $400 latex topper to try and help, however this only masks the problems.

It would be nice to think that companies these days actually care about their customers and not just profit, considering products that are being manufactured now are such poor quality.

If you can, I would recommend re-considering buying a Sealey. We are now stuck with the prospect of somehow finding a way to get rid of the mattress that has caused us no end of pain and sleepless nights. I slept better on the 20 yr old mattress we had before, that had no sagging!!!

Manhattan or the King Coil. We tried both and chose the King Coil but when we got home I was concerned that the salesman had said he also suffered back issues which is why he had personally chosen the Sealy Manhattan. We returned the next day and went through the whole thing again with the sales person and changed to the Sealy Manhattan. It is now 6 months since we took delivery and we are back where we started. I am again clinging to the side of the bed during the night as I try to avoid the dipping sensation and rolling in to my husband during the night. We just had the Sealy representative out to look and he has said that this is normal. He said that all mattresses today have dipping where the bodies lay on each side of the mattress with a small 'hill' in the middle. I suggested that this does not happen with the mattresses we sleep on in hotels and he said that they are all thin and uncomfortable.....I can only say that is not my experience. I am extremely disappointed that yet again we have paid $2.3K for a mattress that is useless. If anyone has any suggestions I would gladly welcome them as I need to find out what mattress is not going to sag like this after only a few months. It is also extremely disappointing to hear that Sealy consider this normal.

retail price) I paid $2,300. Very Disappointed. Can't sleep on this again.

I have had a different well known brand for 10 years and it has been like sleeping on a cloud: . The only reason for purchasing a new one was I needed a mattress for the guest bed. I thought that I would have the new mattress and put my old one in the guest room as visually where I always sleep there is a very slight indentation in the soft top. This has no bearing on the comfort. Every one who ever sleeps on it says how comfortable it is. I am a now in my seventy's and on my own and will now have to try and move these mattresses from one end of the house to the other. I wish that I had never spent my money on this mattress.

Mattress has held its shape no sagging at all no lump in the middle. We regularly rotate the mattress and it is a king as per the instructions. Down sizing our home hence the purchase. The Crown Jewel Range of Sealy is pure luxury worth every dollar you spend. We recommend Sealy to our family and friends and wouldn't buy another brand of mattress. Great Beds ...........

The worst mattress ever – I am very disappointed in the quality of this mattress , dipping already ( less than 6 months of use), the sealy warranty guy said it is normal and it is expected , I spent a lot of money on mattress that I was promised to last me for the next 10 years and now it is in very bad shape less than 6 months old. My children have the best beds in the house – An interstate move was a good opportunity to update old beds so we purchased two Sealy Wonderland Plush King Singles from Bedshed for the kids. They are so comfortable and I was so impressed by the plush top that I purchased a Sealy bed for us as well. Can not wait for that one to arrive. each). The beds are stylish to say the least, with black bases and beautiful durable fabrics. They were delivered within 14 days of order, and were actually available for delivery within 7, we just weren't ready. The delivered beds were of the same high quality finish as what we saw in the display room, and have been adopted by the whole family with a huge sigh of relief. I am a very fussy sleeper, and generally feel unwell and achy when I first get out of bed, due a number of chronic illness issues. Most of these aches and pains disappeared within two days of sleeping on our new beds! There is an indescribable level of comfort and support that simply wasn't in our previous Sealy bed (which I still love and am grateful for the long lasting quality). The sales people talk about different comfort and support zones and technology, which I tend to just glaze over and think yea yea... and they are real. Even though I have 2-4 heavy 30+ kg dogs sleeping cuddled into me every night on my bed, we no longer all sink together in the middle, and my spine is not contorted. Everyone has comfort throughout the whole bed, and yes, I can sleep anywhere on it right up to the edge without any decrease in comfort. Most certainly all our sleep quality has improved dramatically, and we all love our new sleeping space. They are getting a hard work-out, and most certainly show no signs of wear or sagging. Sealy Roosevelt actual mattress with attached pillowtop is frightfuly hot – The actual mattress is supportive and comfortable but the attached pillowtop is extremely hot. This is what is being recommended by the stores these days so sadly we tried it out twice in showroom comfortable but when in your home and after a few hours the topper part makes for a dreadful night. Very disappointed customer. Customer service at Sealy not helpful whatsoever. If purchasing a mattress if you want Sealy I would definitely not get the pillowtop attachment ever again. Best sleep in months – I had been having trouble sleeping and got the performance plush flex mattress the other day. I’m normally someone who can get out of bed easily in the morning but this mattress makes me not want to get out of bed! It’s so comfortable and supportive on my back and feels like the perfect balance between firm and plush. I love this mattress and will recommend it to others.  Show details

Good Mattress – Good mattresses. We bought 2 single long Vibrance Flex mattresses to replace our 2 Tempur mattresses. We didnt like them. Too hot for me, too hard to turn on for my husband. Measure before you Buy – I bought this mattress and base to replace my aging bed i thought it would be the same size as my old Double Bed, Ha Wrong! it is shorter than my old bed, have they changed the sizes? When i made the bed up to sleep i placed the sheets in the usual position and when i got into bed the covers did not even cover my head, as when i was in my OLD bed. Being a senior I'm glad to know that mattresses now don't have to be turned up side down for airing as there is only one side and there are air vents built into the mattress itself. It does say the mattress is supposed to be turned head to toe every few weeks initially, then every few months. I don't know how I will manage that as it is very heavy for me. I will need help with that! I will add that the mattress tag should be placed on the side, not at the head of the mattress. It is supposed to be left attached to the mattress however I had to take it off to read the customer care number for warranty registration purposes. I rang the company once about the registration purpose and they were very friendly and efficient. This gave me a comforting feeling in case I need to contact them in the future.

Was disappointed with the plush but hoping to love it – The mattress was bought online which was my mistake. I thought plush would be soft but the mattress is firm. My husband has slept on it for a week and has bad sleep on it and complains of headaches and back pain (his preference is for soft mattresses whereas I prefer firmer so thought the plush would be good).
