ended up with was a dense mattress that wanted to repel me, not let me sink in. I got numbness at the hip and shoulder. It was horrible. I contacted the shop and they got me to write a begging email and then said Sealy would do me a special deal and convert it to a "medium" feel, if I paid the difference.
