Fantastic Program! – I highly recommend Second Nature! It’s a wholistic approach to weight loss & health. I tried another popular weight loss app prior to SN and SN is far more grounded in science in their approach to nutrition. Your health coach is actually a fully accredited nutritionist who engages with you personally rather than just an automated response. Also, I love the weigh in feature which helps keep track of your progress, the interaction with other members is encouraging and the articles are great!

Excellent weight loss and healthy lifestyle program/app – Second Nature is an easy to follow weight loss and healthy lifestyle program/app - based on a coaching model. It was originally from the UK and endorsed by the NHS, and is now available in Australia and is customised to suit Australian participants. You join as part of a group and do the 12 week program together. Everything is in the app, including a chat function with your coach, ability to track weight, loads of healthy easy to prepare recipes, daily short articles to read on topics such as healthy eating, psychology and moderate exercise that are really motivating and interesting. The coach reaches out to the group on the chat to check in, in a relaxed way. The daily articles are available in audio form, so I can listen to them on my morning walks - which I find really useful. Also a positive is that the health coach is a trained dietician and based in Australia (as are the participants) so the course is designed with Australian weights and measurements! I've seen good results so far, having been on the program for 3 weeks. The focus is on the journey to an ongoing healthier lifestyle that is sustainable, based on reliable and realistic health advice.

Slow and steady wins – Second Nature is a weight loss app that has taught me to understand and change the eating habits that were preventing me from losing weight. The constant support, the scientific articles and the great recipes have had great results. I have confidence that what I am learning will be sustainable in the future.

An excellent program to assist me to be mindful of food choices, sleep and exercise routines to improve my health – The SN food is tasty and filling. My family are all enjoying the meals that I am preparing using SN recipes. I appreciate the focus on lowering carbs and sugars.
