come and look at it under the warranty. So in the meantime I have to spend money at the laundromat to do the washing. I wouldn't recommend as it's a poor quality machine and it would have been better to purchase a more expensive brand.

Best bang for buck for 10kg front loader – I've had this machine for a few years now, maybe 4 yrs at least and I just love it so much. and fabulous value for money. I was furious at having to dispose of yet another expensive machine to landfill well before time and just bought the cheapest biggest capacity machine I could find, from Appliances Online, which was this machine.
It really is a top machine, does everything I need with quick wash options, seperate spin only and a variety of different types of washes including hand wash, and options for spin speed (600 to 1400). The only downside is I wish some of the cycles especially cotton weren't so long. I usually select cotton and speed wash which shortens it. The other thing which is not unique to this machine is the way gunge accumulates around the seal and door. I am questioning if this is related to the detergent I use (too sudsy) so have changed over to a powder. We'll see. I would hands down buy this machine again when it dies.
Fire hazard – the machine started smoking, contacted customer support , they do not care if the house burnt down as the warranty is over in 12 months.
Cheap and nasty product, customer service even worse! – Don’t waste your time or money with the Seiki or Ayonz brand! Our door seal broke and it’s taken 3.5 months to try and get a replacement. I paid $35 as asked, and was told months later they can’t find another one. I’m still waiting for a refund. Have purchased another machine so now have one worthless Seiki in the garage that I can’t even seek. Absolutely useless. Show details
Very disappointing – Continuously stopping and just won’t balance no matter how many times I adjust the load. Have only had about a month and it’s driving me nuts. Took 4 hrs to wash a set of sheets yesterday. Kept stopping. I adjusted load about 10 times. This is constantly happening. Even stops when not spinning. Don’t know why. Doesn’t seem to be a reason. Poor build quality - very disappointing – I bought in January 2020 - in the last few months (so just out of warranty) the bearings have started to go - so now it is extremely loud when spinning. Called a technician said weird to see this on a machine less than 10 years old and not worth the cost to repair as will be $400+. Really disappointing that a two-year-old machine is heading to landfill and I have to buy a new machine so soon. Will not be purchasing this brand again. Show details
Good Washer - Hopeless service – Bought this machine when we moved into our new home as the Top Load was not functional for the small laundry. No complaint with the washer, but it developed a scrapping noise and I thought is best to call a service in case it was broken. I have been waiting 5 weeks for the tech o come. even deformed the shelf of the washing machine. It never be able to spin dry any amount of washing we put in. We get in torch with the dealer Appliance Online and they referred me back to the manufacturer. They contacted me and asked to take photos of the washing machine to send to them. After sending the photos. The manufacturer came back to me and accused me of doing the damage to the washing machine and refused to honour the warranty. I call the consumer affairs to make a complaint.
Horrible warranty response – Almost 2 weeks without a machine now. It appears that they only ship parts to the repair contractors when they can do so in bulk in order to save money. Seiki is a brand of Ayonz Pty Ltd, and they now have Blaupunkt, EKO, and a few other brands. I would avoid any of their products like the plague... I'm just going to buy a new hose in the morning because they obviously have made a great effort to force me to do this...they win.
Very noisy – Purchased in January 2020. First two months worked well, and then the problems started. Not spinning the clothes properly, having to use spin cycle over and over again. Dodgy – We were happy with this machine at first - size and features are great but it is already failing and we haven't even had it for a year. It often 'finishes' a cycle yet the clothes are dripping wet - it hasn't spun them properly. decides it will spin them properly. It has major leaks on occasion and floods the laundry. It's unpredictable - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've tried to contact the manufacturer but they have not gotten back to meet regarding a warranty claim.

Day 2 of owning this and very happy! – Bought this as it was on sale with Appliances Online and based in reviews on here after being really disappointed with my previous European model. Only been in use for 24 hours and 110% so much better. Cleans the clothes well, nice looking washing machine! Bigger drum means I can get a lot more in! Especially as we are an active family of 4! phenomenal especially considering the price – Paid $606 for this little beauty from appliances online including free delivery. It is a 10kg load that is incredible helpful. the washing machine is for our Air B and B unit so is frequently used for large loads and is honestly a life saver. We have had it around 8 months now and it has been faultless. It is so good I am considering getting one for our home as our existing home washing machine is starting to be glitchy. Show details
