Manufacturer Refuses Warranty – I have bought Seiki 7.5kg Front Load Washing Machine SC-750AU8FL in July 2019. It started spinning extremely loudly and dirtying the clothes with numerous unwashable dark spots in about April 2020. I contacted the manufacturer via their website, voicemail, phone calls. They do not reply to website contact form, email or voicemail, and keep making… Read more

inconsistent excuses when talking over the phone. They say they do not have any expected date of repair or refund. This is ridiculous and unsatisfactory for such an essential product. Completely unreliable brand support.
