past week, mattress still sags. - pursuing this further, company making every excuse possible. They need to not be in business as the product is very poor and their service ...well there is none! - sorry Jordyn as you are great but the company you represent isn't!

deep hollow where I sleep and remains there. I wake with an aching back every morning. Have just returned from four days away in a 3.5 star hotel where I woke every morning ache free. Yes, it was a firm mattress. Very cross and will certainly tell my friends to stay clear of " Selesto Pedic Martinique "

Sunk in the middle within a year of purchase – I needed a new mattress after my one of 15 years had sunk in the middle and was starting to cause back pain. I am I spent near $2000 on a new mattress by Select-O-Pied, the Times Square Madison. Within a year it was causing the same back pain I was getting from old mattress of 15 years!!!! options they sent me a fact sheet about what they considered sagging and how to measure it, and that was the end of that. So I've had it less than a year and am getting severe back pain, but who can afford 2 expensive mattresses in one year. Not me. Wouldn't recommend the mattress and the warranty/customer service sounds like it's up for interpretation. So I now have a bad back, a bad mattress and have experienced bad customer service from the retailer. Clearly a bad rating on this one!!!

being advertised as available on Realestate sites - can't find an active web address and only have a phone number from my 10 year warranty card ... Have done a facebook entry asking for information but site last active in 2017 and then only abt 2 entries from staff ... Also contacted sites that like Australian Made Campaign that promote the manufacturer and they refer me back to the old Moorabbin address and phone number 03 8567 3000 - this number continually rings out so I assume it is disconnected ... Company names do not get good reviews and appear questionable which I guess means warranty is worthless ... Mattress is Queen Ortho Luxury - new 19/1/18 and worn out 16/12/19 but purchased with 10 year manufaturers warranty ??? ... Very comfortable in shop and for the first few weeks but then it started to sage - these sags do not go away even when mattress is rotated and sagged area rested ... Mattress takes the shape of your body on sides and you end up restricted to sleeping in holes with large hill in middle of the bed - fix apparently is to sleep on the hill until it flattens ??? - maybe if you sleep alone this may be possible but no acceptable for moderm mattress @ $1,400 ?? ... I and my wife are both ordinary build and followed all rotation and maintenance guidelines - mattress was delivered and installed by seller on new wooden bed base, suited to mattress ... mattress appears to be in as new condition except for uneven surfaces ... now has depressed areas in all 4 corners and is basically too uncomfortable to sleep on ... did fit an expensive memory foam over-lay to address mattress issues and did this shortly after we purchased but over-lay no longer able to cope for poor mattress quality ... Do not buy this brand - will wear out and be unusable very quickly - manufacturers difficult to locate or contact - appears warranty not solid ... Australian Companies struggle and you wonder why ??? ...

WORST QUALITY EVER – This mattress wasn't great from the start, there was a hard wire right across the side which hurt your legs when sitting on edge of bed. The shop where I purchased it has palmed me off to the manufacturer who now, unlawfully require me to pay for the mattress to be sanitised despite the fact it has to be returned for repair is their fault. I am refusing to pay and have resumed communication with retailer who again refers me to manufacturer all the while nobody is able to show me where Australian Consumer Law states I must sanitise it prior to their repair. Even after speaking with Consumer Affairs Victoria who advise me that I am under no obligation to sanitise mattress and all guarantee still stands both retailer and manufacturer are standing firm. I am also standing firm as this is such an inferior product as can be seen from other reviews. Snooze should stop stocking this brand until they abide by consumer law. It's not over yet.

Can't believe it's Australian made – Purchased mattress and within a week I had sunken into the mattress. My partner has the same problem. We both wake up with back pain. $1200 for a crap mattress.  Show details

Ripping money...you buy and you will definitely be sorry – Never ever buy any select o pedic product. Sitting just a bit on edge or headside to read a book will leave permanent dip in the mattress. And company is very reluctant to hear your issue and will try to put blame on you. Snooze must discontinue this company. very comfortable – I've had this mattress for over 5 years now. It's a spare one that my guests sleep on. Everyone loves it. My last guest said it was dangerously comfortable as he didn't want to get out of bed.  Show details

Great mattress – Extremely comfortable. Have it for 4 years now and still very sturdy. Better than other ones I've had. I've also bought this mattress for my kids as we upgraded from a cheaper brand. Gold stars  Show details

Selectopeduc mattress single – I have bought 3 of this brand of mattress over 5 years , they have all sunk in middle. Very dissapointed. I beleive it is a cheap spring system they use. Expect better from a $500 bed. I have had someone come out and look at the 3 beds 2 were taken away to put a new comfort layer on but today for the 3rd mattress they wouldn't do anything Good gor first 7 months

select o pedic sensor gel – Awful mattress. Bought it last year and thought we'd give it a chance to adapt but just got worse. It was a big waste of money. Wake up with a lot of pain on lower and upper back and we feel like we haven't slept at all. Get a better sleep on the floor. visibly faulty product. Wrecks your back.
