Battery lasts 60mins at best after warranty is up – Will never buy Sennheiser again. The company markets itself as a premium high quality audio manufacturer however I have had better quality from chinese knock off brands. - Sound quality was average at best - Earbuds often get stuck in case - Battery lasts 1hr after 2 years - Reached out to customer service for explanation and got offered at 15% discount. 2 product failures and limited warranty on the replacement unit – My first Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 earbuds failed within 6 months. The in-house service team was great: after inspecting them, they sent a brand new replacement set. That second set failed almost 2 years after having received them. I contacted the service team again. Sennheiser have now subcontracted all service calls to Sonova Hearing… Read more

Australia Pty Ltd, who informed me that: "We warrant our products for a period of two years against manufacturing defects and have replaced the product in line with our warranty. It is unfeasible for warranties to reset when a replacement product is provided. As you are no longer covered under warranty, a replacement is not available to you."

In short: Sennheiser feels that they only have to give you a replacement unit which lasts long enough to cover your initial warranty period. Great trust in their own device quality!

I'll buy another brand for now on.

Think hard before you buy – I bought these buds 15 months ago. I only used them 2 or 3 times before a Sennheiser firmware update bricked them. Despite supposedly being under warranty, Sennheiser would not fix or replace them (for other than paying $454.50) because they were not bought from a Sennheiser authorized dealer. I have six sets of truly wireless earbuds. These are… Read more

the most expensive, yet I would rate them behind the Technics AZ60, Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro, Master & Dynamic MW08, and even the Galaxy Buds Pro. In my view, they are over rated and over priced, and Sennheiser's warranty policy, particularly when it was their firmware update that bricked them, is unconscionable. I have bought four Sennheiser headsets in the past 18 months, but I will never buy a Sennheiser product again.

Pretty Good Headphones, But Not Worthy Of 5 Stars – I'm not disappointed by these headphones, but also I am not thrilled with them. They are good but that's about the best that can be said about them. Setup and pairing is quite easy as with most bluetooth devices, and the fit is good enough. I thought the 'fabric' charging case would grow on me but now I think it just looks childish. The battery… Read more

easily lasts for an entire workout at the gym (plus the charging case gives it an additional 21hours of life). The audio quality is acceptable - quite clear / clean / loud without too much distortion or booming. So based on all of the above I should have given it a 5 Star review right? No.

I just can't put my finger on what I don't like about them, they're just not right. I thought for a while that it was the Active Noise Cancelling, so I used them without it enabled and still felt the same. If somebody talks to me I pull one of the headphones out of my ear which stops the music - this sounds good but it's meant to automatically start the music when you put it back in, but it just doesn't. The buds are a little bit bulky and they are certainly noticeable in the ear. The audio experience is like having a radio on in the background as opposed to having hundreds of dollars of Sennheisers' finest electronics jammed in my ear canal - noticeable but not entertaining.

I wish that I loved these headphones, but I just don't.

Terrible on every ground, worst audio purchase I have ever made – I don't do 1 star reviews often, but this was deserved. Frankly terrible all around earphones. I consider myself a minor audio enthusiast, I'm a happy owner of Sennheiser s600s and expected a similar experience. I was very wrong. 1. Audio quality. My phone is a 2020 Samsung A71, Bluetooth limitations should not be an issue yet audio quality was… Read more

better on my $15 wired earbuds for my music choice. Which is instrumental/ classical types. Treble was noticeably lacking, audio had no "punch" either.

2. The awful """smart control""" app.

This app was very frustrating too. Very barebones in features. The functionality to configure frequencies and sound types is like nothing I've seen before, and for good reason... it's terrible and confusing to use. As well no ability to manage the earphones via the notification bar is a major oversight too.

3. Comfort

These are large earphones which can be forgivable for them to not be as comfortable as tiny wired ones, but the ear tips themselves cause a strain after a while. Was consistently uncomfortable long term (30 minutes+)

4. Battery life... not good

Battery life is great... when the thing works. The 1st generation Momentums were notorious for having them drain Battery if left outside of it's dock despite being disconnected. This was an issue for me too. It was very annoying when I start the day with dear earbuds.

5. But wait, there's more.

I had plenty of other issues as well. Sometimes the noise cancellation would go crazy and make the world around me louder, connections would sometimes fail too.

Thankfully after getting sick of it for 2 months I returned it back to Harvey Norman never having to worry about it again. Mine MAY have been faulty, but I still consider it a poor product.

Do not buy this.

Perfect fit with SpinFit ear tips CP360 – Best sounding wirless ear buds with hear through and ANC features, smash air pod pros and the top Sony ones, extremely comfortable when I added the SpinFit CP360 ear tips, better than comply tips (IMO) as very natural feeling and being silicone will last heaps longer than comply tips, coming down in price,Amazon had them for $299 on boxing day,… Read more

$399 at Jbhifi (normally $500), great battery life, they fit nice in charging case even with upgraded bigger tips, don't worry about saving a few bucks on these others brands,as they won't rate as good as the momentum wirless 2 ear buds, you won't be disappointed with these, if you you are then no wireless ear buds will suit you so settle with the over ear style, hope this review helps people looking for top shelf in ear buds

Great, but overpriced product – I'm not a music pro and also by no means extremely knowledgeable on the subject, hence this review of Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 is my journey how I ended up getting this product and my impressions. Before Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 I had little exposure to Plantronics Bluetooth sport wireless headphones (for working out) and … Read more

Soundpeats True wireless headphones (to listen to media without disturbing others). Both of them were good, but neither of them were great. As Plantronics after 2 years of daily use started to show signs of slowing down I started thinking about upgrading. The whole working from home situation during the lock-down accelerated my research as I started considering better earphones for online meetings and hands-free solution for mobile. My shortlist consisted of Jabra, Sony, Samsung, Sennheiser and Apple offerings. Apple and Sony dropped out of the list almost immediately. Apple did not have support good enough for the Android ecosystem and Sony had no splash proof rating. Out of 3 remaining ones I was considering Samsung the most based on quality vs price, Jabra 2nd and Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 the last choice due to the price consideration. After looking at a lot of reviews Jabra dropped off due mediocre call quality (in comparison to other 2). Just before I was giving up on Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 due to its cost I had an amazing value proposition that I could not pass. Although Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 were still about $100 more in comparison to Samsung, the length of warranty, better sound and great reviews sealed my decision. My first impressions (positive): 1. Great sound quality indeed 2. Great bluetooth range - waaaay longer distances that I ever experienced before. 3. Relatively good call quality 4. Great battery life and plenty of top up charge when placed back into casing 5. Amazing fast charging 6. Great active noise cancellation 7. Good application for management and customisations

My first impressions (negative): 1, First firmware update took 40 minutes!!! Apparently it is "normal" 2. No multidevice support. E.g. You can pair them up with up to 8 devices, but you will need to disconnect from one to use it on another. 3. While they feel great inside ears, they tend to fall out during more vigorous exercise regardless of what size of supplied seal I was using 4. Pretty bad price point compare to competition

After all, I have no regrets buying them. Would I recommend them to someone? Maybe, if you can get them at a price close to their competition. Prices may significantly vary. I found that Amazon is very competitive and have free deliveries for prime users. Here is quick link to check if their price is right for you: https://amzn.to/39sUDUV
