Sennheiser Service terrible – Sennheiser PC360 Game headphones have excellent sound qualities but developed two issues. It became difficult to adjust sound as the dial on the headset broke. Also the cord frayed. On contacting Sennheiser they initially seemed quite helpful and said PC360 cannot be repaired but if you return the headphones to us with this letter we will give… Read more
you a discount on a new pair.
So we returned the old headphones with a tracking number. Heard nothing. Rang to ask and Sennheiser claimed they did not receive the headphones. We checked the tracking details--yes it had been delivered so we sent the details to Sennheiser. Again no reply. I rang twice more and again they claim to have never received the headphones--in spite of our tracking number and proof of delivery. Emailed Sennheiser again but no reply. Feeling helpless and frustrated and not convinced the Sennheiser offer to replace headphones at a discounted price was a genuine offer.
Will not purchased Sennheiser again--looking at Bose.
Avoid the rest, get the best – I game on my PC sometimes for nearly 10 hours straight. I exclusively play FPS games and rely on good headphones for accurate placement, accurate and realistic sound and a good reliable and clear microphone. Above all this the most important feature of any headphone that i look for has to be comfort. I can tell you confidentially that the PC360… Read more
delivers all this.
They are the best headphones i have ever used. They have clear sound, they are accurate and the bass is more than enough. I tried different headphones to see whether other designs had matched or exceeded the PC360's and they hadn't. i quickly sold the other headphones (at a loss mind you) and quickly grabbed my PC360's and went bcak to gaming sound bliss.
They can be bought at good prices, make sure you price match with competitors.
Do your ears justice and improve your gaming and communication skills with these headphones. I use mine with a dedicated sound card so i can tweak the settings a bit ($30 asus xonar DG sound card). This makes a great accomplice to the headphones. ( also has headphone amplification) Comfort, good sound, good bass notes, mic easily turns on and off, and headphones has volume controller on the headphone it self, not on the cord. A bit pricey. When you buy them they are a bit tight but they adjust as you keep using them.
