They did not come to pickup the bin for 2 weeks. It was blocking access on the driveway. Apparently there was a fire on a truck, but they said nothing. They don't care. We were about to organize removal with another company, and they showed up. I asked for a refund because of all the trouble they caused, and they refused. We ordered the bin via bestpriceskipbins.com.au and they hired these fools. We had no idea the adds are misleading, we had no idea they were just contracting out, and just run a website and then refuse to take responsibility. I will be contacting fair trading, soon too see if any legal action can be taken. All they needed to do was call us back if they had truck problems, but they said nothing and kept us guessing, we though they went out of business.
Disgusting, do not use! – Absolutely disgraceful company. The bin was delivered days later, wasn't collected on the set day, awful customer service with [Name Removed] refusing to search for a "lost order" then hanging up on me, and the bin itself was made of flute signage and falling apart. [Name Removed] is also the one making positive reviews. Don't waste your time and money.
