sergios profiterols were stale and discusting my guests did not eat them i will never buy cakes from them $25 down the toilet DO NOT BUY FROM SERGIOS CAKES they look great in the shop window but they are not fresh they keep them for weeks in the shop front

I served the chocolate mud cake from Sergio's Cakes Top Ryde at a family function yesterday. We enjoyed the cake. And the Manager Maria provided good customer service.

it has some artificial flavouring. I threw my piece in the bin and so did others, it’s what we thought of the cake. And the Black Forest cake, ‘what Black Forest cake?’ After cutting into it, we thought, ‘were we given the wrong cake?’ It did not look or taste like a Black Forest cake, it was light brown in colour, no cherry fruits in between and the sponge was very dry, it was just so disappointing. We were all looking forward to eating the cakes, we would have been better off buying cakes from Coles. We would never recommend nor would ever buy cakes from this store again, first and last time.

Extremely poor customer service – Really disappointed with the lack of response to my complaint. I purchased a large cake after being informed by the staff that it was a chocolate mudcake. whole family dislikes. I was missold the cake so I submitted a simple complaint by email. I receive no response. I thought I'd got the wrong email, so tried again at the generic address. Again, no response. I even tried FB and received nothing back. I will never purchase from Sergio's again.

doesn’t like her coffee. This happened as we were about to sip our coffee. As a result we got up and left our coffees. I spoke to the owner later about the incident. She fully supported her. She refused my request for a refund telling me there was nothing wrong with the coffee. We will never have coffee there again. I encourage everyone who’s had a bad experience there to write their own review.

One word DISGUSTING!!!! – I bought 4 pieces of cake at $4.50 per slice. Looked delicious in the window. Got them home tiny little slices, tasteless and stale! with stale fake cream and tiny slices from the back. Very disappointed and disgusted!!!!!! Bought a cake from Coles for $5.00 with fresh cream and moist sponge go figure!

Foreign object in cake – Found a foreign object in sergio Cake.the manager Vicky who is the owner scooped it out and gave me the same very same yuk cake back. We complained to food authorities where they too found foreign strands left still in the cake. They also did not refund a cake we booked for a week later. They are sitting on $400 of our money!!

Cake to die for – My dad bought a birthday cake from Sergio's. I had 3 teaspoons of the caramel cake. Within an hour or less than an hour, I had stomach cramps and severe chest pains
