I ordered two bras in size XL; however, upon arrival, one appeared to be equivalent to an Australian size 8 and the other closer to an Australian size 12. In addition, the items do not match the product images on the website — the side panels are significantly narrower than advertised, making them unsuitable for use. I have requested a refund, but the company continues to respond that the order is “in transit,” despite my clear confirmation that the items have been received. There is also no proper returns or refund facility available on the website, only an email contact, which has not led to any resolution.

I am raising this to make other buyers aware of the discrepancy in sizing, misleading product representation, and the difficulty in obtaining a refund.

After reading reviews about the company, I knew I was taking a punt when ordering from them but I did anyway because the bras in their ads looked so perfect. But the reviews proved correct, the sizes are crazy and not even close. I ordered a 50b based on my measurements and it was 3-4sizes too big on the band and the cup size I ordered the smallest, a B, I'm usually a C cup but I often go down a size if I cant try it on because Id rather it be a bit small than a bit big, but the cup size was MASSIVE, closer to a double D, I literally stuffed the bra with 3 pairs of socks in each cup to fill it. The bras were completely unusable. In the ad it also showed the bras had padding in them to make them a push up bra but what they sent me didn't have have anything in them. I was also concerned when they didn't allow paypal as a payment method, you're only able to enter your credit card, but stupidly against my better judgement I paid. Now someone has my card details and has been stealing money from me. Shapedly are the only place I have given my card details too in so long I can't even remember the last place. While there's no way to prove they sold my details or they've had a breach, I can only conclude they had something to do with. So not only are they a scam, you will also have your card details stolen as well. BUYER BE WARE!!

Worst bra ever, sizing is way to small, asked for refund but refused as the product wasn’t faulty or damaged. Don’t waste your money like I did

Do not waste your money. This business isn’t even worth a star. The quality of these bras are so poor that I put them straight in the rubbish. It seems like they came straight from China. Something like a TEMU product. I contacted customer support for a refund as I didn’t try all has on. They refused to refund my money Do not buy from these scammers. Try something else.

After seeing this product advertised on the web whilst playing Candy crunch I thought it sounded good and needing new bras I thought what can I lose. So, I placed and paid for the order specifying that it was to be delivered to a parcel locker which they didn't query. However, Couriers cannot deliver to an Aus post locker, and they supposedly sent the order through a Courier which of course couldn't deliver to said locker. When I received notification of non-delivery by the Courier I went back to the supplier and advised them that the parcel couldn't be delivered to a parcel locker which they should have known and queried before they shipped the order. After a lot of toing and froing where they wanted me to organise redelivery with their Courier which I refused to do as I had placed and paid for the order in good faith and had advised from the outset that the delivery was to a parcel locker. I must have heard from 6-8 people from their Customer Service department all singing from the same hymn sheet that I had given an incorrect delivery address and should contact the courier and give them a correct address, I in turn reiterated that I had not given them an incorrect address and would not do their job for them. The upshot of all this was that I didn't receive my order nor did I receive a refund from them. Their reason being that because it was an international transaction the non-delivered goods wouldn't be returned therefore, they couldn't refund the money. So please if, you see this Company advertising think very carefully before placing an order with them and then think again and save yourself the time and expense.

 Follow-up  · Since my original review nothing has happened to change my mind. I am getting very frustrated with ordering things online.
