The cleaner is great, the service is woeful. 5 year warranty is a must as its been six months and n – The vacuum itself is excellent, it cleans well and comes with two brushrolls (one for carpet and one for hard floors). Having a carpeted house means the other brushroll is for decorative purposes only. Follow the guidelines in regard to cleaning the filter media on a regular basis and all should be good. It picks up well but the edge cleaning only being on one side can make some nooks and crannies difficult to navigate as this is the model with no tools etc (flat floors only).

In the event that you will use features of the machine (edge cleaning) and might happen to experience normal use (a light bump into the skirting board while cleaning the edge of a room) you may notice that all agitation is lost. This would seem to be a common issue as I contacted Mann and Noble (the Australian distributor) who informed me that parts to fix the issue cant be made in large enough quantities (sad really isn't it?).

The 5 year warranty is a requirement for owning one of these as you will not be offered a refund nor replacement and (if you're like me) be left waiting six months between emails from Mann and Noble trying to ascertain when replacement parts will arrive.

The cleaner performs exceptionally well (when working) and then will cost (well the cost of another cleaner, maybe the $95 Kmart "Dyson killer" while you are waiting to hear from the distributor about the parts for the machine. I really think they should write "5 year warranty, Good Luck with it" on the box.

AMAZING!!! – I was waiting for the $90 vacuum from Kmart that everyone has been raving about for a couple months then one day online stumbled across this deal for this vaccum $99 down from $399 (might be discounted) has 5 years warranty already with it and works better then a Dyson, the power is ridiculous it has so much force it pulls its self along almost, warning light for if it's to full or brush if tangled with hair, suuuuper easy to clean and I kinda wish I had brought a spare incase.. if anything!
