Shell servo at milton lady who was in the back is rude very rude . Don't think she works there but staying out the back and come out maybe family of guy working there . Not sure but she is rude. Won't be going back there ever again

Really bad customer service….lady who works on 13/3/26 sold pies sitting whole day in pie wormer… Disappointed…

Keep driving past this one – Cootamundra. Staff were pleasant. Toilets have rarely seen a clean in the last year by the looks. White painted doors are black on the inside. Floor rarely sees a broom or mop. Edges are thick with dust. Spent a lot of money here but never again. Disgraceful

Slow , stiff pump, wrist injury from same – Pump very very very slow and handle very stiff, hurt my wrist , it is now swollen and inflamed. I will not use this service station again until this is rectified

Staff member review, Shell Servo Musgrave St Rockhampton – Yesterday I pumped approximately 40 litres of Unleaded fuel into the diesel fuel tank of my car. On realising my error, I immediately notified Paul who very calmly ensured that "warning hats"were placed front and back of my car as the vehicle had to remain in situ until a tow tray truck arrived to remove my vehicle to a local garage for repair. Unhealthy place to buy food – I fill up because the fuel in my opinion the Shell fuel is top quality. I have a care that is sensitive to fuel quality. messy state, almost like a months worth of stains and dirty. Even during the covid period despite having hand cleaners and covid measures, the coffee machines were in a disgusting state. I also found that the coffee temperature is not high enough, luke warm is about all you can get. By the time you get in your car and drink it, its almost cold. A health inspector needs to visit the Shell coffee bars, they are disgustingly filthy.

The other issue I have is that warm food is so poorly stocked. Even in peak hour at lunch time they only put in a handful of items like pies and sausage rolls and always run out. If they cant figure out what their peak demand times are they should not be in business. Its pathetic really.

I will give them a compliment. Their staff always greet you and are respectful, they probably have the best staff out of any service station brand name. So 10/10 for choosing staff who actually want to serve customers without hang-ups.

An honest mistake – I was given a shell express card. I went to Wyong Shell as at 830 they put their fuel price down, so I drove from wyoming to Wyong filled up. Went to pay for it & the card didn't work tried again. The the guy notices it for express servos, their's isn't one. I thought she'll was shell. servo's. I asked what to do as I had no money until Friday ( this was Wednesday) as it was an honest mistake, he said to just show my licence & I can come back on Friday. I was embarrassed but releaved by the worker's trust. I went in today straight after I got payed, with many thanks. So great service, very professional. With good prices on their fuel. And my kindest regards

Beware! – When you think buying fresh salad rolls is a good idea… Just know this is theirs. This unrecognisable roll was meant to be a fresh chicken, cheese and avocado roll. I got food poisoning and took the complaint to managers and nothing come of it. Check your food! They have no care about the situation.
