Sheridan Austyn Towel

Sheridan do NOT care for their clients – I ordered two sets of towels and they were delivered later than expected, but immediately taken away from me and to the post office due to the barcode error. I asked Sheridan to redeliver the towels, as I couldn’t collect them during week days and received a suggestion to ask a friend to do that for me. I had to take time off work to collect them, BUT AGAIN was refused to collect my parcel due to the same error, that I mentioned to Sheridan over an email.

Further, I was contacted by Sheridan, they told me that my parcel was lost.

Firstly, I don’t know if I was looked after by one person, as I never received a name and the facts that were discussed in the beginning of the conversation were missed by the end of it. The latter left an impression that either my perspective was ignored or I was lied to.

I was not offered a redelivery, or delivery of new sets. I was only offered a refund, which I had to ask for.

Sea Foam Colour just beautiful – No fluffing just a beautiful soft towel that washes well every time. Have a dark grey tiled floor so would see if the towels left fluff on the floor. Very happy with the purchase.

Looks Great, Leaves a Mess – I bought these to go with my new apartment. I have a black theme and I liked the weave which is different to regular towelling. I told my Indian colleagues that I bought a set of Sheridan towels. They said they would never buy Sheridan for two reasons: 1. They can buy them for a fraction of the cost in India. 2. They drop fibres everywhere. Because my bathroom is new and has a lot of white, everything is constantly covered in black cotton fibres. It drives me crazy. Everytime I use them, everything has a fine coating of black fibre dust and I have to wipe down the sink after. Even after two washes, they shed fibres. Maybe it wouldn't be such a problem if I bought white towels. Black is just so obvious. I don't know if is to do with the quality or just a fact of cotton.
