QBE raised my house and contents 300%, ( $3000 to $12900 in one go) and said that was fair??)- Karen Holmes with internal review. No claims , no changes, when asked why, they provided no reasons, just gouging. It took Dillon from Shielded an hour to provide a cheaper solution than last year? Amazing service and support from Shielded. Unlike the QBE -Questionable Billing Enterprise

STAY AWAY – Do not use this company! They advised us to purchase a policy with CGU. The worst mistake ever! Have an 8k claim for my tenant on a brand new build. They completely destroyed the place. Needs all new carpets, blinds and many, many coats of sealer and paint on every surface from the tenant chain smoking inside and dropping their cigarettes on all the carpets. They will not cover a cent of the damage. Stay far away from Shielded and the scam companies they sell that don't pay out on ANY claims. Really wish I read the reviews before purchasing

Awesome brokers – looking for home insurance on a new property i purchased. as it was in a post code of flood areas policies were close to 5K a year, if they offered it at all!!!!! i couldnt afford that every year but then came across jesse at shielded insurance brokers, he was brilliant. he took all the details of the property etc and within an hour got me a policy with a well know insurer for half the price at 2600!!! now that i could afford and it even covered me for flood. i would have been totally lost without them and till now had no idea they existed!! i have included their contact number 1800 979 899 as i had trouble to locate anyone like this also
