Nothing to say except I tried them once for 2023 insurance and now its renewal time, I cannot get through on the phone and they haven't replied to emails. Terrible 'customer' cough cough service. Where are the top dogs, and why aren't they taking care of business. They never know whats happening on the CS level.

First time insurance coverage with Seniors. My several questions , at different times, have been dealt with promptly, politely and with considerable patience !!! These have been an extremely pleasant experience compared with trying to understand overseas call centre operators.

I want to stay with Australian Seniors but they have just hiked their price by 30% - been with them 2 years no claims and yet every year the price rises. . Honey are offering a very competitive rate - loyalty seems out of date. Anyone else experiencing these huge rises ???

About Seniors Home & Contents Insurance
Seniors Home & Contents Insurance covers your building from fires, theft, storms, and other disasters.
You can choose from 2 levels of cover:
- Essential Cover: covers damage caused by fires, earthquakes, storm, flooding, as well as theft and damage from riot of civil commotion.
- Top Cover: covers everything in Essential Cover, as well as accidental damage, and contents in transit.
There are limit differences between Top and Essentials levels of cover for covered events.
You can choose your level of cover and your payment frequency, set your basic excess amount, and add any optional extras you might want. Optional extras include cover for portable items, and cover for motor burnout and food spoilage.
