Don't deliver – Typed in OO.com.au .came up with shop 247??????anyway seems looking at reviews ,nothing has changed.pay for goods ,they have supposedly been sent.but nothing, no follow up, but excuses left right centre ,no apology.once again don't buy don't get burnt

It arrived okay, but the battery didn't recharge. I live in Sydney and took just the battery itself back.

The guy that I spoke to at their warehouse replaced it with another one. Only problem was that when I got home it was a slightly different size and didn't fit into my bike-frame.

I had exams and other commitments so I sent my husband back with it. They gave him another new one and it was the same as the first one, it didn't recharge.

When my husband went back again to try and rectify my problem, we were amazed that they had gone. They have just vanished, leaving an empty warehouse behind.

I have been doing some research about the business. They use the same logo and branding as thesportshq.com.uk a British firm and sold the same products. I have complained to fair trading. To order lithium batteries they need a licence and have to give details. It is only a matter of time before they are found, and I will be expecting for a full refund.

I imagine that thesportshq.com.uk would not be impressed. I think I would like my new cyclamatic electric bike, if I could only recharge it after the first ride. The company using their name and logo, as in existed in Australia has been a total disappointment by doing a "moonlight flit" and scarpering without leaving any follow up details, No signs .... nothing ........ just gone ......

Goods Not delivered....so refund or help – I ordered 4 pairs of trainers and only 3 turned up. So I emailed them a week ago and got no reply. Then I tried to ring them, the answering machine wouldn't take any more messages. This business is supposed to be 24/7....well it's not!!!!! They are making no effort to reply to me and I won't be doing business with them again, I guess I have lost a pair of shoes. I have not got my goods and the company is making no attempt to send them to me or give me a refund.
