deposit is required to start the process and the 50% balance due before shipping from Brisbane. Shipping costs are included in the price and manufacture takes from 2 to 3 weeks. After final payment the shutter kit arrived in 2 days.

I am so pleased with the product and service that 3 more windows will be saying goodbye to the vertical blinds and getting new shutters.
