Absolutely fantastic service – Purchased a board in Nov 23 which had a very slight issue. I mentioned this on the feedback page for the board and within 2 hours Leah, the owner was in contact with me to sort the problem. I have just picked up a replacement board that was organised for me. Everyone I dealt with from the purchase at Burleigh store to the staff at Tweed where I swapped over and to the top of the food chain has been outstanding. I have been surfing for over 55 years and never been treated so well. Highly recommend this chain of stores. Thank you.

Wow! Unprofessional, rude and completely unreasonable – I will skip straight past your site and your store as you so poignantly put it. I purchased an e-gift card and it wasn’t sent for over 24 hours - in the fine print way below the buy now button this is mentioned. I left a review to avoid other people being in the same boat and received a nasty email. I politely suggested they change their process or make the fine print more obvious to receive an email telling me ‘I guess the result of this is u can’t please them all. And do not tell me how to run my business. Next time skip straight past our site and our stores.’

New surf board – I bought a new surf board 8.6 foots .one month and four days old .there is cracked at spot where two screws holding down the board right fins . I took surf board back to the stores. I hope to get it repaired by them or exchanged . They said it was my fault . They said the fin must hit an object.there is no impact mark on the fins then he said the fins must hit my arm or another person . They were just come up excuse to refuse repair or exchange for new board . They said it is not manufactured fault.the board has 12 warranty on it this is just warning for any new and first time surfers. They were avoiding and refused to do anything about it
