to us by the owner prior to making our decision, even though he claimed to be “very familiar with the different characteristics of each colour” in the Vistaweave range. He would not return to inspect and discuss the problem. Person running the office is rude, constantly interrupts and talks over the customer. They are very selective as to which emails they read. Website claims “trust Signature Blinds Sunshine Coast to provide exactly what you desire”. Not only did they not provide a suitable product but they did not want to discuss rectification. We were willing to negotiate and find a middle ground; they were not. We had to pay to replace the awning as we could not live with it as it was. Website also claims “benefit from the advice of our professionals who offer a wealth of product knowledge”. We certainly received no benefit and any advice given was contrary to our needs. Extremely disappointed and certainly would not recommend. Be very careful if you choose this company.
Follow-up · As we needed protection from the western sun, particularly heat, we chose a light coloured beige fabric which suited our house colours well from the outside, but inside it gave off a strong orange/coppery glow. A professional company esy to deal with – We have recently had a large outdoor roller blind installed by Signature Blinds. The entire process was efficient and professional. The blind was delivered and installed in a timely manner, was reasonably priced and the final product is as expected. This was our second purchase and we would certainly buy from Signature Blinds again.
Signature Blinds – Signature Blinds were very professional and easy to deal with. They did a great job installing an awning over our front bay window, and blinds on the back office window. Won't repair without paying extra. Rude office staffing – I've spent more than $12,000 with Signature blinds. Had recent fault in outdoor awning. First told it would be fixed as it was a simple item. Then office insists I pay $$ before they will take care of this flaw. Very rude person running the office. Installers are decent and want to be helpful but office is greedy. Do not recommend.

Impressive – My experience with Signature Blinds to have a patio blind installed at the front of my home was easy and seamless. My blind was installed within a month of order by Reece, who arrived when he said he would, worked swiftly and efficiently, displayed good product knowledge and was extremely pleasant to deal with. 20 year warranty that they don't back when their shutters fall apart – I paid over $13,000.00 for Shutters from Signature Blinds less than ten years ago. The spring-loaded plastic clips that hold the louvre's into the frames deteriorate over the years with incredibly light use. these clips have now failed, I called Signature Blinds once again and the owner of the company offered to post me some more clips after stating that "dogs and kids" are the primary cause of these clips breaking. I don't have children or dogs, and the most recent louvre to break free from the frame is the highest one that has never been touched (ie: not used top open or close the shutters) on a window that is never open (so no, the shutters didn't slam either). The Owner of Signature Blinds then proceeded to speak over me, not listen to what I was trying to say at all, then hung up on me when I requested that they send one of their installation technicians to my house to replace all of the spring-loaded plastic clips. This is unacceptable to sell a product with a 20 year warranty, only to use cheap plastic clips that fall apart on their own for no reason a few years down the line.

to email the company a few times but go no response. We then tried phoning only to realise that you can't call them direct - its a paid phone service who leave messages with the business. Despite several messages left no one has responded. This latest experience does not give us any confidence at all, and is disappointing considering our previous good experiences. After previously recommending them, I'm afraid i could not do so again.
Couldn't be more satisfied! – We had our patio (approx. 40 sq. m.) enclosed with Zipscreen blinds (NOT Ziptrack) for privacy and protection from sun and elements. They keep out 94% of the sun's rays and wind, AND the insects! The two large blinds are electrically operated while the smaller one at the end is manual. Installation was superb and their appearance is fantastic, adding value and beauty! A great product and wonderful people to deal with. You won't be disappointed!
