Bad Mistake – I have had the Sienna Firm mattress for around 18 months. At first it seemed ok and then after several months the sagging started. My girlfriend an I also have lower back pain. I would not recommend this bed at all. Show details

No value for money. Health at stake! – The seller told us that it was made in Australia but the truth is it was made in China. No value for money but instead cost us a lot for physio due to back problems caused by the mattress. Sometimes entrepreneurs are full of greed - Show details
Worst mattress I have ever bought – We bought the KS Medium Mattress. It was ok for about the first 2 months then the filling sank on either side of the centre divider which made it feel like you were sleeping on a mountain if you wanted to sleep in the middle and doesn't help marital relations either. We decided to rotate the mattress to see if that helped at all which, of course,… Read more
it didn't. So we rotated it back after another few months. Now my feet feel like they're dipping toward the floor and I feel really jacked up at the head end. Clearly after reading the reviews I'm not the only one having this problem and it has to be a design flaw. Not to mention this mattress is so heavy I have to ask my husband to help me lift it to change the sheets. I cant see the point in complaining to the manufacturer as they'll just probably send me another one with the same end result. So now we're saving up to buy another mattress. I'm really frustrated with this mattress and would never ever buy another one.
terrible also, after 18 months is sagging terribly. we wish we had gone with a sealy , but sales per – Sagging in the middle, roll together is worse than much cheaper mattresses we have had in the past. Its only around 18 months old and it needs to go...... making it a very expensive mattress for the very short time it was any good(first 6 months it was as ok) I definitely wouldn't recommend unfortunately, we both are now getting very sore lower backs, and both just sink into the middle. Even turning it has proved useless
Terrible – We have had this mattress only 1 year and it has already got a permanent sag on my husbands side. I can't lie too close to him or I roll in and he can't lie on his side or else this gives him a headache because his body is lying in the sagged part thus forcing his neck up, giving him headaches. Worst mattress ever!!!
Love This Firm Mattress – I went into Forty Winks Mile End SA and was trying every firm mattress they had. Hubby has no curves so he doesn't care but I need support under my ribcage or my back/neck goes out. I wasn't getting very far and the lady offered assistance and showed me a Sealy, when I told her that 'if that was firm, I'd rather sleep on marshmallows and don't you… Read more
have anything that is properly firm like sleeping on the floor?', she showed me the Silent Partner Sienna in firm at last, a truly firm bed.
This is still not as firm as I'd like but I hate Aussie mattresses, they are mushy junk, as a rule. This mattress is Chinese manufactured, I think and we are really happy - no more sore back and neck, and we don't disturb each other with movement. We are both snoring less, as well.
We've had this 6 months and it's still like the day we bought it. I was glad the lady showed us, she said the other Silent Partner models weren't as hard and I found that true when I tested them.
So her advice was good! We were laughing, as she said that the customers who came looking for harder beds had usually lived in Asia - we had just been to Japan, where the extra hard mattresses were brilliant! I used to sleep on the floor when I shared a student 'house' with a bunch of Japanese students. It must have just been good for my back, plus I remember my Mum always choosing hard mattresses for our house. And I find that sitting erect is better too, I don't know how people slouch into lounge chairs - my back starts hurting!
I'm glad she helped us, as I was considering importing a Japanese bed (not a futon, though they are good), and the cost would have been astronomical.
