pair it with their base. I dont think any base will help this mattress. This was not mentioned when I purchased. Also my bed base is from a well known brand. Do not buy this mattress if you wish for a good night's sleep.

Back pain – We purchased the Chelsea Firm mattress in April 23 it sagging on both sides of the mattress. We have turned the mattress but it still has the indentation. I contacted Beds n dreams but was told this is normal on new mattresses to have body indentation. “I still have my old mattress in the spare room and it never had this happen and the mattress is over 10 years old “ I am now suffering from major back and shoulder pain. Show details

Really comfy mattress – Really comfy mattress. We have a beautiful sleep without disturbance from the other person when they move. At the start when we first purchased it, it felt a bit too firm but after a few nights we got used to it and we really enjoy our sleep now! Very good quality mattress Show details ·  1

crevasse and is very uncomfortable. As I'm very light weight I find this weird. The mattress has been rotated to no avail and I'm starting to think we need to purchase a new mattress after less then 15 months use from this one. I was particularly impressed that these Silent Night Chelsea mattresses are made locally, but I'd take my old King Koil back as I believe it was actually more comfortable than this one, even at its advanced age.

STILL EARLY DAYS – slight sagging in middle.. Changed around as requested every two weeks. Still too early to decide on comfort & durability.The mattress is higher than we thought. these shapes (I am assuming in the top layer of foam). I was going to contact the store I purchased it from, but noticed in the guarantee brochure that the warranty doesn't cover when you don't use one of their bases - we have our own solid timber slatted base made from strong hardwood (non arched type slats). We have been trying to cope with sleeping on it but are now at the point where we wake up with a lot of back pain and toss and turn all night - terrible nights sleep. We are now sleeping in our spare bedroom on a smaller guest bed and get a much better nights sleep with no morning pain. Now on the hunt for another king mattress and will probably have to throw this 1 1/2 year old mattress away (spent $1230 on it). I understand sagging will occur over a period of time but not after six months - there is also a big lump in the middle.

Update: [Name Removed] from Comfort Sleep customer service team promptly responded to my concerns via email and phone within a couple of hours. After providing some pictures and details of my mattress she has organised a replacement mattress to something suitable for our back issues through the store we purchased it from. Very happy with the service. Thank you for your assistance [Name Removed].

Love our new mattress. Firm and comfortable at the same time, i wake up well rested. Very happy with purchase – Mattress delivers in every way. No sagging. Supports my body. I struggle with lower back pain and mattress supports my lower back. I sleep for longer periods during the night and dont wake up anymore like i used to. Show details ·  1
