Do not recommend – Sagged after 5 months, caused regular back pain and poor sleep

Bitterly Disappointed – It's always great to review a product after you’ve had it for a while. I've had this mattress for 2 years and unfortunately now shopping for another, hence why I landed on this site. Initially, this mattress was beautiful. Great supportive feel and just heaven to sleep on. No settling in period at all! It arrived in January'22, however, despite rotating as instructed, by Easter it had noticeable sagging. Within 6 months, my husband I were laughing about the huge 'mountain' in the middle of the bed. We contacted the retailer who sent us the 'warranty' package. When I took a photo of the mattress with the ruler over it as instructed, you couldn't see the sagging clearly. In addition to this, there was a small coffee stain on the mattress so I knew this was going to be a pain. Being very busy, I left it. Now, after two years, the bed is unbearable. I'm so disappointed. This mattress is NOT value for money considering our last mattress lasted 10 years.

So comfortable! – I am extremely happy so far with my purchase. The mattress is very comfortable & I am sleeping much better since it arrived.

Super Firm is perfect for us :) – We originally purchased an Onyx mattress and I was waking up hot, with aches and having nightmares allot. Thanks to Dianne for getting in touch with me, I was able to swap to a Super Firm London. The difference is incredible, we sleep through the whole night, no aches in the morning, no nightmares for me. My husband is a back sleeper and I'm a stomach sleeper, we're both around 80kg and find the mattress is really supportive and hasn't developed any dips in the few weeks we've had it. The only negative is that the mattress had a really strong smell, (its the same scent as the beds n dream stores but very strong). I left the window open and ran a fan and on the second day I couldn't notice it anymore :)

Incredibly happy and so thankful to everyone at Silentnight who helped me deal with Beds n Dreams manager. , I ended up visiting a different store (Mile End) and Nicky there was unbelievably nice and went out of her way to help me with getting the Super Firm London, even contacting the previous store to let them know everything was sorted.

Better than expected – My mattress is extremely comfortable and better than I expected. I have back and neck issues but I always feel that I am getting the correct support and a better night's sleep. The mattress is very well made and it will last a long time if I look after it. I haven't noticed any signs of wear and it has maintained its firmness.
