Best bed I have ever owned. I have two hip replacements, chronic pain, arthritis all over (even though I'm in my 40's). I would have paid more for this one, that's how much I love it. Used for just over a week now and I haven't slept better. Symptoms of Bursitis in my hips are reduced too. So happy. Got Plush, so extra soft.

Sore Back & Sagging Mattress – After always wanting a 'plush' mattress and regularly rotating the bed, unfortunately, within the first six months, I noticed the middle of the mattress sagging. I now get back pain from the mattress and actually wish I never purchased it. I will now have to outlay thousands of dollars to buy a new mattress...

Horrible!!! Not as described online or by sales person from in store – Silent Night – Plush Queen: I researched this mattress online and thought it would be a good mattress. The staff member re confirmed the description of the mattress and advised there would be no partner disturbance and or issues with heat in the mattress. I have slept on the mattress now for over 2 months and I refuse too no more. This mattress sinks so much into the centre that when you or your partner try to get out of the bed, it’s like trying to climb out of a sink hole. We only weigh 73/74kgs so we are not heavy people. This mattress should not do this and or feel like you are on fire. It is so dam hot which makes it even harder to have a full night’s sleep. The number of days I have gone without any sleep now is insane and I have advised the store of the issues, but they have advised the customer service team said that with plush mattress’ you sink into them, and they have blamed my bedding for the heat issues and have advised that it does not hold up for a warranty claim. This is the most horrible mattress I have brough in my time and the service from the store is terrible. Think twice before buying form this store as they have no money back guarantee if it is not right for you. I am very disappointed that the mattress does not fit its description as stated online and by the verbal reconfirmation from the staff member in store. If I do not get my money back, I am raising a case with VCAT/ACCC. As I have a right to request a refund under my consumer rights as stated under the ACCC. Purchased at Beds N dreams Watergardens.

Excellent mattress – After much research, and a few disappointing mattresses, I am very satisfied with the London Plush. I have found it to be a very comfortable and supportive mattress. Since purchasing, over six months ago, I no longer wake each morning with lower back aches. I would seek out this brand for future purchases.
