DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY. They broke all my belongings on a move to Cairns. The driver was instructed by Silver to take the shortest route straight up through the middle of Australia. After 100's of km of corrugated roads they arrived, opened the truck and EVERYTHING was broken. I am a single mother with 5 children and was left with nothing. I was only in cairns for a year. They learned this and tricked me into getting them to bring me back to Melbourne saying they would fix their insurance and do a claim saying it all broke on the return trip. It was all lies. They left me with over $30,000 of damaged goods. Everything was broken. From the leather couch being shredded to flat screen tv's smashed, my sons BMX bent, even a broken bbq and a bent pitch fork. Carnage caused from a heavy duty ladder flying around the truck. I was devastated, and after so many broken promises Silver walked away and didn't repair, replace or even care about what they did. I guess I should have realised from the start when they arrived in a Budget rent a truck and then I later walked in on Silver smoking drugs during the initial packing of the truck,. Disgusting horrible people. Stay clear of Silver, Pia and his team if you value your belongings. Heartless cruel and extremely unprofessional people. They made my life very hard.
