Do not recommend. They “cleaned” our grout, said to wait 48 hours to dry. Once dried, noticed huge inconsistencies with quality of clean, with many areas still very clearly missed and dirty. toothbrush, and then they decided they would not honor their offer to come and fix. We were polite and respectful, expected the same back. If you want your job done, don’t bother with these guys.
Communication was quick and easy. The price was affordable. The technician was polite and explained the process. The carpets came up so good and smelled great. Didn't take too long to dry. Would recommend this service to anyone. Show reply
From booking to cleaning of sofa/rug and to follow up re service outcome, I found all involved very professional and polite. Abru who cleaned the sofa etc was very professional and did a great job, he also showed me before and after photos of the cleaning he undertook. Thank you Simply Fab Show reply
I can fully recommend this company. The person who takes the booking is very courteous, cheerful and friendly. The company were very organised, efficient and sent text to confirm their arrival time. The outstanding result for our rug was extremely pleasing. It was to try cleaning OR get a new rug. The rug now looks like a new one!!! Thank you for the excellent service. Show reply
